^^^ You could team up with a local farm and offer beautiful fruit baskets for the kitchen, too!

What do you guys think I should do? grumpycakes, I feel like tee-shirts/bags are cool but only to a point, ya know? And I'm sure they'd have to be more expensive than anyone would like in order to break even. I dunno. I'm spiraling on a flower arrangement CSA right now.

I think you should start marketing before Christmas so people will buy a subscription for gifts, OR. It's great for the woman who has everything.

I have no idea what I want to do when I grow up. I spent 11 years in research and compliance. And now I've been a SAHM for almost 3. I'm giving myself one more year for sure. But really need to start thinking about what I want to do. What industry? I'm in compliance now, software development (PCI/SOX, etc.). I fell into it by pure chance, having come from academia through academic publishing. I always wanted to be a SAHM when I was younger, I was a babysitter and a camp counselor and I always loved kids and wanted nothing more than to be a mom and hang out with kids all the time. Funny how having my own kids has completely robbed me of the energy to be around kids all the time.

Up until college graduation I was going to be a computer programmer. Then I became a baker. Then I became a business owner/saucier. So I guess my direction has changed a bit on its own. I don't see any point at which I leave my current area of work, but if I did sell my bakery I would love to try my hand at distilling. Maybe as a hobby when I'm a millionaire.

I would rather be doing literally anything else right now. I work part time supporting families with children who have special needs to access supports and services. I get yelled at a lot about things I have no control over (waiting lists, funding, etc.) Also part time/casual working overnight (asleep) shifts in a community living organization for adults with developmental disabilities. I like that job. I've been working towards my Bachelor's in social work buuut, I don't think I want to continue to MSW. I think a lot about going back to school. I've considered diagnostic imaging/medical sonography but it's a competitive program. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Do you need a MSW to do what you want to do? Is the bachelor's degree worth finishing on its own? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3000 using Tapatalk I don't think so. I have no desire to ever move in to a management position. Finishing my BSW would let me move to a different department in the same company with a slightly higher rate of pay an more opportunities for full-time/permanent positions. And my current employer reimburses my tuition so it's worth it to finish.

I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up.
I'm leaving my current job (being an analyst, mostly just clicking "run" and producing powerpoints) to go be a programmer, help people use the program, and eventually teach courses on it. I loved teaching, but hated having to work strictly from the book and dealing with all the politics. This job is going to let me teach and do what the people taking the course need.
I would love to work my way into a full-time teaching gig, but I still don't want to deal with the education system's politics at either the k-12 level or university level.
