I keep going back to Martha klong11. She’s gorgeous but there’s something about her drawing me in. She's the sweetest calico. She loves hugs and burying her face in my hair. She spends most of her day in mh's room by herself. She hates the crazy of all the others.  |

Here’s Gus..... aka Gussy boy, gussers, Gus Gus. He’s sweet but drives me crazy. He’s 8 and so good with the kids.   And before the kids turned him gray.  |

Sorry Martha but it was the orange long hair that caught my eye. Haha that's Lady Jaye. I adopted her when she was barely a year. She had just weaned a litter of kittens and looked like a kitten herself. The first night at our house she got up on the kitchen counter and ate a loaf of bread and a stack of corn tortillas. She is friendly when she wants to be. |

Damn y’all now I want a pet. All I have is a turtle M found at the neighbors a few weeks back. Kids call him Freddy. Not sure how his shell got cracked right above his head.  We take him out to get sun a few days a week. Sometimes we let him roam around the driveway for a little. MH put him in the grass once, walked away for a minute and came out to Freddy gone. He couldn’t figure out where he went that quick. We looked everywhere. 15 minutes later, MH found him hiding in the grass exactly where he left him. I told him that Freddy must not like us if he burrowed himself in the grass so we could think we lost him and he could make a getaway once it got dark. 🤣 |
