No school today. Wahoo! Normally I'd be on my 5th attempt to wake Madison now.
I have a light day at work today since I did a bunch earlier in the week so hopefully I'll be done early.
So ready for the weekend.

Happy birthday lahdeedah and happy anniversary trtlcrzy! wineallthetime, that's annoying. mwhip I hope things ease up and that you are safe. kim22 that has always been the plan here and I just don't get it - when we go back to school, the teacher will have to teach to the kids in person at the same time as the remote kids. It sounds awful. Josie (and actually mh, too)is currently doing it and it is not ideal at all. in Josie‘s case there’s a lot of waiting and in MH’s case he is stressed beyond believe because he only sees kids in person once a week and spends half of that time policing what’s happening online. |

klong11 , I've thought that too, but he's such an attention whore that would mean missing out on rallies, golfing, and being trapped in the WH. So I think he might actually have it. I'm sure there will be all sorts of nonsense about democrats giving it to him. *eye roll*

Yes this is my concern. Plus it sort of negates the benefits of being in person, since they will have to be on their computers anyway. But it's all a mute point for us b/c they are all remote till at least 11/20 and I assume by then the numbers will be back up and we will stay remote. |

Cadence's teacher goes back to in person next week. She will be teaching her 15 remote learners, 4 in-person learners, as well as a handful of kids whose teachers are remaining remote. Here's the kicker. ALL of the kids will still be learning via their ipads and zoom. So her 4 face to face kids who are actually from our class, will be zooming with her in the same room as her. The handful of not her class students will be on zoom with THEIR actual teachers.
She told me it would be "an adventure"...that's teacher talk for "complete shit-show".
Cadence will remain at home at least until January when mh is supposedly scheduled to return to the office.

wineallthetime I think I'd punch my husband in the face if he called me Sunshine, definitely under your circumstances. Do you have a guest room he could sleep in? My H has spent many a nights in ours. Right? Ugh. No guest room, all 3 kids have their own rooms. He typically sleeps on the couch or with C. |

That was the first thing I sad this morning on family group app. My niece made the valid point that lots of election rally’s/moments will have to be cancelled... but I’m still not convinced. Good morning. Today is my 10 year anniversary. Due to having a newborn and covid there is no fun trip like I had always planned so that will probably happen next year. Tonight DH and I are going out to eat while my dad and step mom watch the girls. I’m trying to decide where to go because I’d prefer to dine outside, even though the high today is 59 and it’ll be chilly. Happy birthday lahdeedah! mwhip I’m sorry about the uncertainty. I hope you don’t lose your job. wineallthetime all the eye rolls to him We're going to Mexico for our 10 year next year. You guys should come lol. |

That's what they were saying would happen at first, but the talks of the kids having different teacher than the ones assigned made parents unhappy. Or something like that. Just caught up. Ms lip looked great last night and this morning was huge and oozing. So we went to the pedi. He started antibiotics and is now at school.
I haven't posted a general update in a while. But I'm drowning in work. And taking care of my moms flock of chickens and all her other animals. They get back Thursday. Can.not.wait.
I'm currently in the car with a sleeping Mallory. A and J are inside eating lunch and they'll bring me mine. Then we're going to a fun grocery store. Just relaxing this weekend and decorating outside and cutting down 3 trees that I'm mad at everytime I mow.

We travel through my uncles time share. We're going to an all inclusive adult only resort that is amazing. And not insanely expensive. |

I’ve had a dull headache all week so i just finished getting a massage. I think it helped, now I just need to work on good posture.
My sister has the boys so I’m running a couple errands before i get them or H will be mad he didn’t have enough time to play.
We had frost on the ground this morning so I sent N to school in her big winter coat since she said she was freezing yesterday. I was shivering all morning in our house but I’m not ready to turn the heat on.
