tgrimes J is sleeping but I haven't noticed it and I'm a FREAK and I'm sure I would have. Can you take a pic? lol I know, probably damn near impossible. Impossible. I could barely get my finger in they're to make sure it wasn't prunes. LOL!

Could be a bruise (shoving a toy in there too hard?) Oh I see you edited just as I hit quote lol. I'd still say bruise as my first guess. But maybe see your pedi if it doesn't go away, just for peace of mind (that's what I'd do anyway, because I know I would be thinking constantly if I didn't get it checked). I'm taking him on Friday to check if his EI cleared up so I'll ask then. But google also has some scary answers. Hold me. Stay off Google!! I repeat, STAY OFF GOOGLE! I have a personal rule of "never Google for yourself". The scary answers always jump out at you and you are emotionally invested so those are the ones that stick with you.

sophiegrace, I hope I didn't answer too late, how was M's class?

Would any of you wear a two piece to mommy and me swim class?
If not, would any of you judge or think negatively if someone else was there wearing a two piece?
Would your answer change if multiple husbands were there?
LSS I only have bikinis. I bought a super modest swim suit for todays class (two pieces with long, loose top that cover down past majority of the bottom). It fit terribly and made me extremely uncomfortable. Instead of buying another one I can just wear one of the many bikinis I have. But I don't want to isolate myself from everyone else because no one else was wearing a two piece.
I know this is stupid, but I'm awkward and introverted AF now to the point where I have no idea what to even wear around people.

sophiegrace, I hope I didn't answer too late, how was M's class? I kept my phone in the car so I just got done with bed time and read your answer. thank you!! I'll be ordering her some long sleeves this week. Right now we're using the extremely warm outdoor pool, but switching to the indoor one in a couple of weeks and we were already warned that it's chillier. Mia did really well! I was so proud of her. Didn't love the water getting poured down her face, but it was more of a WTF is going on look than an upset one. I was super nervous for days about going and I'm so happy that I went through with it. I'm glad you've been on here mentioning L's class because that's how I knew to look for it.

kleigh how is your knee feeling? I hope you're still having a great time!! Tell wedding2012 that it's ok. Cheap rum gives me all the emotions and I've been no stranger to the poorly timed cry fest. classymrsa enjoy that wine! I like whites too (love reds, but not the headache) what did you end up getting?

sophiegrace, it gets better after the first time when they know what to expect! Outdoor pools are generally 10° cooler than air temp so sometimes they get cold too! There are some cute rash guards and I suggest if you're in the water with her, you get one too. I'm in an indoor heated pool and I'm cold.

That sounds even more stupid written out than it did in my head, but I'm reaching here.

sophiegrace I only own bikinis, so ya I would absolutely wear one (and did when I took H swimming last week). And no, husbands (/dads/men) being there would not / did not change my answer.

Thank you. Rash guard with one of the bottoms I already have should do the trick. Thank you!

sophiegrace If you have a two piece then you can rock it! I don't feel comfortable in a bikini anymore but if I did, I'd totally wear one!

sophiegrace I'd wear one if I was you. I can't anymore. I look awful. Also, this is my wine. It's pretty good!

kleigh is the concert tonight?? I thought of you the other day because he was playing here and there were a million young girls downtown heading there when I was going to dinner. Hehe Hope your knee survives! sophiegrace half the women in DS's swim classes wore 2 pieces. I didn't bat an eye. It's more about how comfortable and confidant in your own body rather than your age or child status. You rock that thing! tgrimes are you sure it's not a birth mark? Have you looked in there before? I ask because I've never looked hat closely before and wouldn't know if dd had one.

I'm probably never wearing a two piece again. Or a bathing suit for that matter. sophiegrace no doubt you can rock a two piece. No doubt at all. Own that shit, girl.

I know that game your nanny is playing! It's the same one I play with my H to make sure he gets his behind home for bath time when I've had a trying afternoon LOL. Also guilty of this.

Also, sophiegrace , I'd wear the 2-piece if you're more comfortable. I know what you mean--now that I'm a mom I always wonder about stuff like that, and try to figure out what everyone else will be wearing so I'll "fit in". Then half the time I misjudge it and end up in the 'wrong' thing. So to heck with it, if I'm in the mood to wear a bikini, I will, and if I want to wear a one-piece, I will. Unless I'm around exclusively olds--like with my ILs and their friends this weekend--and then I cover up more.

tgrimes, I was able to get a quick look at DS2 and didn't notice anything. I hope it's nothing! sophiegrace, sounds like you solved your issue with the rash guard, but I would not judge a mom at the pool in s bikini. We haven't taken DS1 to the pool in several months, but there's always at least one mom rocking a two piece. I'll admit to being jealous AF, but definitely not judgemental.

vino pretty one piece!! I've always loved j crews suits. I am pretty tall so it's hard to find a one piece that fits. I only have bikinis but last year I rocked the rash guard over since I am melanoma prone. I honestly haven't been out in a suit this year...fftc, I still have my winter clothes in a bin in my bedroom and haven't found my pre-preg summer stuff from 2 years ago. Also has anyone ever become lactose intolerant out of the blue? Lately I'm getting bad stomachaches after my nightly ice cream and it's really cramping my style.

tallb Didn't you cut out dairy awhile back to help your skin or was that someone else? If it was you, maybe your body is just adjusting.

And then I added it back in and ate ice cream every day while pregnant. It did help my skin quite a bit, but luckily my skin is decent when pregnant and nursing.

tallb I really like LaBlanca suits for one-pieces; my sister is even taller than I am and has a longer torso, and theirs fit her really well, too. Just an FYI if you find yourself in the market for one.
