flamingo I love that color! I actually wanted something similar for the nursery, since I felt I would look good with either pink/green/yellow/red accents depending on whether we have a boy or a girl. Be after spending a $100 on three different paint cans that all didn’t look like I wanted to (to dark/to grey/to greenish) I opted for a can that we had leftover from another room. Hence the wall now being almost the exact shade as it was before 🤦🏼♀️. Coulours are hard... ETA the weather has nothing to do with it  .

I struggled with this color...C’s was super easy and I got it right with the first try/sample. B’s took a lot more testing, blue is a tricky shade IMO. Have you heard of Samplize? Not sure if available where you are, but they send actual samples of paint you can stick to the wall (and remove and re-stick). Saves you from buying a dozen little test pots 🤪 |

It's so hard to get paint right because the lighting makes a huge difference.

We're waiting to take a ferry ride over to Seattle and drive home. MH finished schoolwork and wanted to get out of the house so we took an impromptu trip to a touristy Viking town. Got the most amazing pizza I've ever had and ate it at a park in front of the bay. Went to our favorite shops. It was a nice day.
