Ok, so we sized up in the panty department for Cadence and she is still grabbing at herself.
She pulls at the front, butt, and sides. No matter how many times we say not to do it in public, she's still doing it. I'm wondering if she even notices she's doing it half the time.
My friend mentioned seamless panties, but the ones I'm seeing still look like the have seams in the crotch area.
She's wearing basic brief cut girls' panties.
Without sounding like a perv, what style panties are your N13 girls wearing and have you noticed them messing with themselves at all?

I dont have an N13 girl but I would probably but a few different styles and brands and see if that makes a difference. If she is still doing it I'd probably ensure she is washing AND drying properly, maybe she is a little itchy, dry etc? IDK just brainstorming here, maybe do a little coconut oil the the area after bath, it's a natural anti fungal and super safe.

In any case I hope you find something that works for her.

Evie wears either Cat & Jack or the princess stuff from Target. When she does this, I ask her if something is bothering her with her bottom. I just don't think they get that it isnt something we do in front of others, at this point, so i hope by asking her, she will eventually figure it out. But I will keep asking her, everytime I see it, so she is aware.

Obviously do not have an N13 girl but I do kind of wonder if it's an age/phase thing like mwhip suggested.

As far as panties go I have tried different kinds for C and the Carters "stretch cotton undies" are my favorite. They stay in place, fit well, etc. Some of the character ones we tried always seemed bunch-y/baggy.

I’ve been buying M the carters panties. I thought maybe she should size up so I got some from target. All in motion breathable or something like that. They’re still a bit baggie though so I went back to carters.

Double check to make sure her vag isn’t red. If it’s not, try the carters panties or a different brand.

We tried old reliable (aquaphor) tonight to see if it helps at all and I've purchased various cuts and materials of panties. We'll see if any of it works.

I have the cat and jack and carters panties. I like the carters ones better because they are super soft. I haven’t notice H messing down there.

The girls don't like traditional character cotton panties. I get them the stretchy/satiny material ones in bikini cut. Walmart has them. Justice also has nice girls' underwear.

I had a lot of issues w B last summer where she was going crazy and telling me her undies were “too tight.” She would literally throw fits when it was time time to get dressed. I don’t think her underwear were actually too tight but I do think there was something bothering her that she didn’t know how to articulate.

Anyhow, I bought her these and she stopped her complaining

The other things for B is that she seems to really hate if there is any scalloping or lacy detail like this. Perhaps C has some similar issue w the detailing.

yummeecookee, yes, i started wondering if it was the lace around the edges or the seam that goes straight across the bottom. So I tried to order some new ones that are seamless and sans lacy flair. They should be coming this week so fingers crossed we find a good pair!

Dd wears these too under dresses! She does wear underwear underneath them. I like them for school too, there’s a lot of sand in the play area and I feel this helps preventing sand getting in every crease.

Same.  M is required to wear shorts underneath skirts and dresses at daycare and at school.

Panties arrived.
She likes the fruit of the loom seamless breathable ones, so we'll wash them and see how they go.
She said no to the hipster cut almost immediately after putting them on. They fit tighter and were lower cut in the leg and she didn't like that feel.
