Testimony done! Glad that's over with.
Also finished my workout so I'm going to do a few chores and errands before we bust out our yacht this afternoon. I'm trying to think of names for it. Maybe Not Penny's Boat, Sea Legs, 3 Hour Tour, or the QE3.

Hi.
I had a busy morning at work. I’m treating myself to lunch on a patio at a restaurant. Not doing much else today. Planning to get my car washed and just do some food prep for the week. My guac I made yesterday was BOMB. It’s making me want to make more healthy things for the week, so that’s good.

I like all of those but "3 Hour Tour" made me LOL inthekitty. I love punny boat names...DH would love another one some day and I've made him swear we can name it something fun. |

We took a beach break this morning and took the kids on a hike. They liked it as much as the concert last night. Since C has an Elsa obsession, we told him we were looking for her and then DH put the soundtrack on his phone. He thinks he saw Elsa and Olaf in a tree so who needs that Disney vacay anyway.

This is kind of how we talk about naming a potential dog. It’s usually a character from a television show we’re binging. Josie has two stuffed bunnies named Walter and Peter Bishop from Fringe. As for dogs, so far we like Eleanor Shellstrop, Harold Humdinger, and Richard Webber was the biggest contender until we realize that MH‘s uncle has the same name (but goes by dickie) |

In the end it turned out our insurance covered it so we didn't have to pay after all! We are just waiting now and of course every sneeze and every funny look, I am getting so paranoid. |

All 4 of us are negative and S BFF and his mom are negative too! The original family won't get their results back till tomorrow.

The humidity broke this afternoon and there was a cool breeze, it was so nice out. I managed to sneak out onto the back porch for a bit with a glass of wine before the kids found me.
DH had a meeting tonight said they all sat around a giant hangar in spaced out chairs wearing masks, kind of surreal.
We're still binging Homeland and we have Snickers ice cream bars for dessert. Big night here!

I wish all school nurses could just have a box of rapid Covid tests and just test the kids right there if there were any concerns. Like school nurse, don’t even let me know there is a problem unless the test comes back positive.

Hi! My mom left this morning. To distract L from her being gone we did a car tour and saw the Chinese theatre, magic castle, the Griffith Observatory and from there saw the Hollywood sign. L saw some of these places on scooby doo so he was excited. We stoped and got a Jamba Juice afterwards. Then lunch, nap for E and quiet time for L (reads, colors, or does puzzles). Then we watched scooby doo and scrappy doo together.
Yesterday my mom watched the kids so I could get this weeks test done and next weeks as well along with this weeks paper.
