Trying to meal plan. I only have to cook 4 days this week since we leave Friday for our trip.
Monday: Burgers, tater tots(I'm craving them like a child..) corn on the cob
Tuesday: Stir fry, rice, shrimp for the guys, roasted cauliflower for mom and I
Wednesday: ????
Thursday: ????
Friday-Sunday: I'm buying easy things for my parents to do for the boys. Mac and cheese, hot dogs, steamable veggie packs, fresh fruit

Monday: pork chops and rosemary potatoes (blue apron) Tuesday: ham & cheese Hawaiian roll sandwiches with wedge fries Wednesday: tomato basil pasta with garlic bread Thursday: salmon & cilantro lime rice (blue apron) Friday: seared chicken with pasta salad (blue apron)
Our blue apron order forgot the cilantro and the mint, so they gave me a $20 refund....well, credit, so I will continue to use them. However, if they continue to forget ingredients I'm going to stop.

nam2013, thanks. I'm also trying to give Cadence more vegetable options and variety. Yesterday I made collard greens and they made it into her mouth. She spit them out, but at least she tried.

Currently this is our goal, to lick or taste, he can spit it out directly after. Let's just say we have a long way to go. Because ds is so weird with food, I almost forget I need to give dd more options sometimes.

Fine by me! Girl hates all leafy green things.

Matthew won't even let it stay on his plate if it's a vegetable other than carrots or corn.
