I do throw away junk toys constantly. And art and crafts stuff.

I have organized, purged and reorganized toys about a million times since we've been home. They have spots for their toys in their rooms and a side of the basement living room area is organized with their stuff. They know that everything gets put in its place before bedtime, so although the house is a disaster during the day the clean up is delightful at the end of the day.

We just got back from buying and dropping off the teacher gift. The kids picked out flowers, gummy bears, caramels, a yard windmill and then a gift card to Canadian Tire, which is like a home depot and wal mart combined store, super random but that's what they wanted! I am so happy it's done for the year. There is a 'Wave Parade' tomorrow but sitting in the car just to drive by waving at teachers seems a little weird to me, so we're not doing it. 4 more days of school...just 4 more days....

jewels Did you decide what you are going to do with the boys for daycare/camps for the summer? I know that you were a little conflicted. I signed them both up. S starts 7/20 and B officially starts 7/6 although right now I am thinking of holding him till S starts so they can go together. I am still unsure if I am going to go through with it. S is refundable, but B is not. They are at the same location but 2 different programs (S is camp and B day care and this is the program he was supposed to start in June anyway). MH and I agreed that if I don't feel comfortable when the time starts that we are ok with losing that $$. I am so nervous. But also, I am not good at the 24/7 parenting. I know my personal limitations. And I do not know how we continue like this (without both boys becoming tv/tablet addicts)

no armpit hair here. S has definite leg hair but it's super light. He was born super hairy and still has light hair down his back. My family are all super hairy and I'm afraid he inherited that from my side. Sorry kid!

All the toys are in the playroom and we have a Lego table on another room. I do ask that everything be cleaned up before dinner because then if they go back in after it’s usually not a lot to take care of.

Josie has leg hair. Charlie does not. I shaved pretty early (summer between 5th and 6th), and I naired my arms as well.

My 4 year old niece has armpit hair. She's hairy in general. My sister started her period at 8 so she's fully expecting her girls to start early!

Haha we had one of these parades too. It was a bit awkward but Clark was so happy to see his teacher!

I posted the birth story in the other thread. I’m pretty sure I told you guys that I would tell you the other names we were considering after we decided. They are Colette and Margot. I still like them but no more babies for me! Girlfriend is too sleepy to want to eat so she’s half naked and I’m waiting till she’s up long enough to nurse. Our room is very close to the helipad so we get to hear the helicopter coming and going all the live long day.

I just got a call from camp. As I hold my breath thinking he's sick or injured I am told that it is snack time and his granola bar is melted and he is quite upset. They have snacks available but need my permission to give one because of the virus. I was like "of course! No one should have to deal with him hungry!". He is going to be pissed at me because he told me yesterday about it melting because they take all their stuff with them all day so his lunch goes outside in the heat when he does vs staying in the AC all day. I had pre-packed lunches for the first few days and forgot to exchange the granola bar. Although it seems like an awful lot of fuss for a snack, I am really happy they called. It shows how serious they are taking things and makes me feel more secure in him being there.

I bid on a silent auction on facebook for a local furniture store. It was an outdoor 3 piece set. Perfect for my front porch. The highest bid was 90. I bid 115 and got it! I picked it up today and the tag says $365 original price. Then I stopped at Michaels and got an outdoor rug for the front porch. It looks so cute!

Peach, love that! We have a large front porch and have a hanging porch swing on one side and two chairs and a portable fire pit on the other side. We love sitting on our porch!

I so wish I had the right spot for a porch swing. I'm going to have Alex incorporate one in the deck in the back yard.

It has a cushion, comes in tons of prints and is sooooo cute and comfortable! You can either hang it or get a stand!

Back from the doctor and the boobs are fine, although feeling a bit man-handled, and not in a good way. LOL Why do guys just get the "turn your head and cough" test, but we have to get poked, prodded, and smashed. Not cool.

mwhip I started shaving in the 5th grade, so I was 10. We were only allowed to use the electric razor at first and only a few inches above the knee.

We leave to go to Memphis tomorrow for an overnight trip. MH was supposed to be free, but now he has a morning meeting. So annoying. It’s a 9am and I hope it’s quick. At 930 he is supposed to call me and let me know if we are going without him. I am trying to maximize my time there since it’s only a 24 hour trip.

Meanwhile, M is so excited. He just came in my room asking if he needed one pair of pajamas and one pair of clothes. I said yes and he ran out. Then he comes back and asks what time do we need to be up in the morning. I need to go see just what he is packing and get us all packed in one suitcase.
I’m glad we get to do something, but his excitement for this little trip makes me sad that we didn’t get to do the beach or San Diego like we were planning. Last night he told M2 that we were going on an airplane to Memphis. Lol. Sorry to bust your bubble kid.

V has been nursing quite a bit so hopefully she sleeps for a while. DH is chomping at the bit to leave so as long as the labs and everything looks good we will probably go home tomorrow afternoon.
