Pretty sure it's Monday. I'm at the office.

I don't really want to be here, but meh, not like I would be doing anything at the house.

Mh cleared out his music room yesterday and is going to paint it tonight, then I'll move my bedroom stuff into there. Or he will. We'll see how helpful I feel.

Oh and I found Dickens yesterday. It's easy to get lost in the chaos that is our house right now.

wedding have you ever seen a cat with horned paw? The nail of his extra toes on the front paws curve weird already, but then he has a 2nd claw next to those that are hard and curve the opposite direction. He yells if I touch them. I try to trim them down, but he hates it. On his deformed paw all of his claws grow inward toward the pads so I have to be extra diligent at trimming that paw because they cut into the pad.

Dropped the kids at camp; I was a little nervous how C would react but she did great. I think having B there helped, he asked her if she would sit with him at snack time 💕 So she’ll do 9-1 and B will go til 4 this week.

Now DH and I are at breakfast and we’ll head to the walk thru and closing in a bit.

flamingo Happy closing day!

I’m at the second job today and tomorrow. It felt amazing to sleep until 7am when I’ve been getting up for the past week at 5 or 6am. When I leave I am on the hunt for borax. I didn’t find any this weekend at the store I went to. I need to clean my outdoor pillows that the kids got dirty.

Both my parents are coming next week, so just trying to make sure everything is presentable. My dad will probably be helping me to finish paint. By the time he comes, it will be time to roll. And yes, this is probably going on week four of me painting. Yesterday I had to cut in around the crown molding. All that up and down on the ladder was not ideal. I think our ceilings in that area are 12 feet. I have to do the second coat sometime this week.

Morning! Started off the day with a 15 minute seizure for S. Today is cleaning lady day...my favorite day! Tonight my parents, sister, and her 4 kids will arrive. They are staying till Thursday.

Nothing big here. Maddie has a school assessment today and apparently she's excited about it because she woke up very early.

Not much happening here. A section of our fence broke last night, and our handyman is moving out of the area so he gave me a handful of his contemporaries in the area, and I’m spending the morning making phone calls to see who can come and fix some things.
Originally, Mand I were going to sand and stain the deck but I think I might just have someone come out to do it because I’d just like it done.

Morning. I’m at my OB appt. I was very surprised when I got here that there wasn’t anyone screening at the door. They just screened me at registration. I guess things really are going back to normal here. After my appt I think I’m going to run to target to get a few things.

We move in on Wednesday...we have some stuff we want to do but it’s mostly cosmetic (new front doors, ‘facelift’ in the kitchen, etc) so we can work around it.

I had a kid free morning and was supposed to be alone but Dh came home early and cramped my style. I did the fastest shopping trip known to man kind (three stores in 40 minutes, including a bookstore) during ds’ swim class and I’m meeting my friend at her parents allotment for dinner tonight.

Hello! C has found DD’s Barbie RV and it’s his new favorite thing so he played nicely alone for a while this morning while I worked. Today we have to go drive thru to pick up T’s things from school. I need to write his teacher a thank you but I just can’t find the words. We love her.

Today outdoor dining reopens! DH and I have a 6:30 reservation and I cannot wait. DS also badly needs sneakers so I’m going to see if anywhere is opened that I can get some for him.

I was going to say the same thing! I’m just not feeling it today. Got my workout in, but now I want to do nothing the rest of the day. H is being super whiny and N is saying she’s soooo bored so we need to find something to do. It going to be hot but windy today. I’m so sick of the wind so I don’t even want to go out. Blah.

Mmmm, curly fries.  I made some honey mustard yesterday for my oven baked chicken and it was soooooo good.  I haven't had it in awhile.

MH’s work opens up today for employees to be back on campus. Athletes won’t be back until next month. He’s going in for a few hours to do some work and meetings and M is going with him. I was a little nervous about sending him with Mh, but it’s not like he works in a building with a lot of other people. The weight room is its own building and he has an office and a spare room where M can hang if he has to have meetings. I sent some workbooks and he has his iPad, so it should be fine. I do wonder if his supervisors will have an issue with M being there. It was never an issue before, but now with COVID it may be frowned upon. I guess we will see.

wineallthetime lahdeedah do y’all have Newks where you are? Their club sandwich has honey mustard on it and it’s delicious. I was never a HM fan until I had that.

I'm so tired. Being in the office makes me realize how much I hate clothing. I want to be freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I don't sit around my house naked, but I'm at least in more comfortable clothing.

I dilated to a 2 so a little progress was made. She swept my membranes again and if I don’t go into labor this week then I am being induced next Monday! So potentially 1 week left with an inside baby. I got some necessities at target, like nursing pads and wipes so I’m ready for her. I put away some laundry and have been doing other little things around the house. I’m starting to get bored without the girls here, they’ll be back tomorrow evening. DH’s truck is broken so I get to be his taxi to and from work for the rest of the week while it’s in the shop.
