Two unrelated items:
Looks like schools will be reopening here on-time in August! 🙌🏻🎉
a woman in our local mom FB page just posted a dissertation about her chin hair, complete with pics. She ‘doesn't want women to feel alone' if they also have chin hair and she does not want recs on waxing, laser removal, etc.
Ok...? Very strange. No one has commented yet.

Tomorrow I am going to work to hand back items that belong to students. Then DH is going down the shore alone for the weekend to get some stuff ready at the house for the summer. I’m staying home because my mom is retiring and they are having a surprise parade for her Saturday. Outdoor dining opens Monday. DH and I have a reservation and we are leaving the kids at my sister’s. I thought I wouldn’t want to go places but I’m so ready.

We had a big outing to do a Target pickup and they freaking forgot a basket I ordered...so I get to go back shortly 🙄. This is the second time this has happened at this target..I should know better. We also met with our lawyer to update our will to include k. He said they have been swamped lately with new business with the pandemic...which is I guess good but depressing.
Otherwise not much new here. I'm looking into Camp Kinda online and outschool for some interaction for j, he had off the past two days and was so glad to have a zoom today...but the last day is Monday.

Josie had a private tap lesson tonight over zoom. Every time she said,”Mr. Scott, can tell you something....” I cringed. I never know what’s going to come out of her mouth. In between learning new moves, she told him her toothbrush has a timer, we watched him
sing and dance on YouTube, she’s the only lefty in her family, and she’s still kind of afraid of the pool.

DH texted me that the handoff is complete and the girls are with my sister. Work has been pretty quiet tonight, which I am just fine with. I’m getting some work queues caught up before I’m done.
ETA: I have been here for 2 hours and one of the dads from postpartum had gone out to smoke at least 3 times. He needs to chill. I would be mad if I was his spouse.

Had a telehealth follow up for the endoscopy I had at the end of January. My original appointment was in March, but it got cancelled. Any way, he feels like he may have gotten all of the abnormal tissue in the biopsy, but we'll have to wait until next year's endoscopy to know for sure.
He gave me some words of encouragement as far as my weight loss attempts and some books to read that have helped some of his other patients. So we'll see how that goes.
Now I need to make an appointment with my regular doctor because she won't refill my meds unless I see her first. Ugh.
