Good morning! I woke up at 0230 this morning to go for a run/jog/walk. My goal was 3.5 miles but I was only able to do 2.5. I feel great now but my knee was killing me. C made me breakfast while i am working. I’m paying more bills today

Morning. I had to get blood drawn this morning & had a call appointment with my gynaecoloog this morning. They want me to start blood thinners, to help with better bloodflow to my placenta in the hopes to prevent another dysmature baby like ds(4.5lbs) Apparently I still have a much higher change of having a small baby again, even though dd had a perfectly normal weight (6.5lbs).
I’m a bit hesitant, since I almost never take any medication, but this seems to be harmless and I off course want to do everything that makes the baby as healthy as possible.
Busy day at work, looking forward to the weekend already.

They sent a group of 4 and they have been super efficient thus far. Playroom, kids’ rooms and kitchen are already done. I’ll go out and get everyone lunch at some point.

The girls loved horseback riding. When we got there Cass exclaimed, "They have an American Paint horse!"
SSDD here.
Last night I was watching some show where these rich a-holes were buying entire islands. They were tiny though and just the thought of it made me feel stir crazy. It's bad enough with SIP orders, I can't imagine having such a tiny space to walk and explore every day. I guess I'm not own-your-own-private-island material.

There are a couple privately-owned islands in the lake my parents have the cottage on. Obviously it’s different than being in the ocean, but i would still find it very limiting and not appealing. |

There’s a chat going on my schools app about a tower being upgraded from 4g to 5g and how now all our kids will get cancer. People are getting crazy about it.

There are a couple privately-owned islands in the lake my parents have the cottage on. Obviously it’s different than being in the ocean, but i would still find it very limiting and not appealing. One episode was Canadian islands, another was tropical. Either way I couldn't do it. With the more rocky Canadian islands I just kept thinking what if you slipped on those rocks? That's a long time waiting for rescue. I can enjoy the water and a beautiful view for quite a while too, but it'd get old quickly with nothing else to do. |

In the Blinds post I saw some shade about the GD Zoom chat and I really want to know the dirt. Although I can pretty much guess. Certain people couldn't keep it laid back and fun and got very serious and attacking is where my money is.

Good morning. My dad and step mom arrived back here yesterday so I’m going to see if we can go visit with them after lunch. I was just looking at the last week on the learning board and the teachers added this. I’m not going to lie, I teared up.  |

I have been reading the threads on GD about killer neighbors. Definitely making my morning go fast! tgrimes H looks so cute, I can't wait to hear how he feels about that pic as a teenager though! inthekitty I love to watch Island Hunters. I watched it for 3 hours last night. Oh to have that kind of money... I cut carbs yesterday and feel like crap today. I hate the detox but know I'll feel better in a few days. I'm hoping I get my energy back soon. One of Evie's assignments for today is a summer bucket list. I wrote 4 of the 5 items for her...Alabama, Beaver Lake, the local lake, and my dad's pool. Clearly I want warm weather! She has her last call with her teacher today. And a call with her entire class, which should be a shit show. It's bad enough when it's just the girls. |

It has been a long morning! Nothing out of the ordinary but things seemed to take twice as long!
We found out last night our little town beach will open this weekend. It is maybe half a football field long and they want blankets 15 ft from each other. Luckily, there’s never more than 5 families there at a time. I’m still not ready to be as public as that so I’ll wait to see how the crowds look.

Mh is apparently dying from allergies because he went into Cadence's room when the fan was on?? 🤷 The man also thinks he only sneezes when his socks are off. 😬🙄🤦
After swim we have a grocery pick up and then that's it. I think mh has band practice so it will be a nice quiet evening.

trtlcrzy that’s so sweet. T’s teacher sends him a personalized video message each week when I submit his work. I always tear up and my friends call me the cold-hearted bitch because I’m not a crier. I was joking with DH the other day that when T gets older and does stupid stuff, I’m going to remind him he never actually graduated from kindergarten. We found out today our district has decided to rehire everyone (didn’t apply to me because I’m long tenured but I’m so happy for those it does apply to. We have a new superintendent this year and he’s fabulous. They also ordered one to one chromebooks for grades 3-12 for September in case this craziness is still going on.

Hi! It’s been another busy day. We went to drop off M’s schoolwork and pick up his supplies. The teachers sent them off with a popsicle, personalized water bottle, and tub of cotton candy. He was stoked. Im just glad no more school!
I got an email from the mom of M’s bff in Alabama. He has been thinking about M and was concerned about him when Our state got hit with tornadoes and bad weather. I got tears in my eyes reading about him. He made his mom promise to call M and she found my email. Asked if we could FaceTime. Of course! He will be so excited to see his friend. His father is British military. They are moving back to FL this summer. It would be so nice if we keep the boys in touch through the years.

Woohoo! flamingo It’s happening!! trtlcrzy So sweet. mwhip Both Friday and Monday I started my morning off without coffee and replaced it with a protein shake and it’s amazing that I don’t crash by 9am and actually feel like I have a little energy to sustain me. Boo to no carbs though. Hope you get energy back. |
