I always wished I could see Hamilton one extra time specifically to laser focus just on Andy Blankenbuehler's stunning choreography and now I finally can!! As a former amateur choreo I am just amazed by his range The ensemble is one of the best parts of seeing the show multiple times. There’s so much going on on the stage that you don’t know where to look the first time seeing it. There is always something new to catch during subsequent viewings. It really is amazingly well done. I can’t even pick a favorite.

But you are so right, there's so much to WATCH in this show, in addition to the complex lyrics. That's why I was positively giddy watching Leslie get his Fosse on this morning.

"Angelica, tell my wife John Adams doesn't have a real job anyway." I LOVE the Adams shade in Act 2, especially since LMM is a huge fan of 1776. (Which is on TCM tomorrow at 2:30pm, btw. If you want to make it a patriotic musical weekend ) "Sit down John, you fat motherfu****" is probably my favorite line in the whole show.

I remember seeing something on Pinterest/Twitter/somewhere about how someone finally noticed there's the Ensemble member who plays the "bullet" but winds up being a harbinger of death for other characters as well. Found it! www.theodysseyonline.com/piece-foreshadowing-hamilton-misses

Phew. I had to take a break at the end of Act 1 to tend to my children so my H could work. I just finished over nap time. I definitely ugly cried through basically all of the second act.
What an absolutely amazing piece of art.

The ten year old who claimed to "know 5 things about the American Revolution" actually knew who Burr and Mulligan were and agreed with Angelica that we should "include women in the sequel" so my kid's school is teaching him something

I'm about a third of the way through, and I love it. They are all so good.
My husband made it through 2 songs before he gave up and went to another room to watch something else. The toddler gave up too. Fine by me, I get the living room to myself.

Not gonna lie, as a born and bred Virginian, I'm loving all the references to Virginia(ns).
So many of the characters or names dropped have ties to my hometown. Makes me feel giddy.
I'm such a nerd.

Ok, King George is fucking hysterical. He's definitely the comic relief of the musical.

I would give my left arm to sit down and chat with the stage manager. I will never bitch about how many cues are in a show again.

Oh my God I can't stop crying. Ugh. That ending.
I just finished. That was amazing. I can't wait to watch it again. Also, I didn't realize until the credits that Laurens and Philip Hamilton were played by the same person. Poor guy died twice in one play.
