week/fruit/edd: 6wk? Not exactly sure
ftm, etc: ttm
appointments: not until June 8th
team: finding out
milestones: n/a
symptoms: red spotting
rants/raves/vents: I have had bright red spotting off and on since Thursday. My OB is new to me and when I call to ask about it they just say they cannot give me medical advice because I'm not yet their patient (until 1st appt at 12wk). So that's great...
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? Enjoying not having to travel for work. Missing going out to eat and stores.

catlady22 i’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. i had the same thing happen with my last pregnancy (we were in the process of moving out of state) and i ended up just going to the er to get checked out. not exactly the cheapest solution. the new ob wouldn’t even do bloodwork to check betas. such a crap situation.

Glad to know I'm not the only one to have experienced this! I am trying to avoid the ER so I called my primary care doc, hoping I'll hear back.

week/fruit/edd: 10/petit four, kumquat
ftm, etc:
appointments: first in person visit is next week
team: finding out ASAP (NIPT next week!)
milestones: none
symptoms: nausea
rants/raves/vents: The nausea hasn't been terrible, but it's just constant enough to make it hard to focus at work.
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? I miss being able to run out to the store for 1 or 2 things. Also DH going into the office. We're very lucky though and have had minimal impact.

week/fruit/edd: 6/pea/12.22
ftm, etc: stm
appointments: tomorrow I have my u/s and 1st appointment
team: find out
milestones:
symptoms: still having dizzy spells, nauseous after I eat, and smells get me.
rants/raves/vents: These dizzy spells can suck it. I’m nervous about how my DD will take the news and adjustment once baby is here. She’ll get used to it but I’m worried about behavior regressions to begin with.
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? I miss having free time for myself. I have had almost 0 time away from my child since we started sip 7 weeks ago. I miss just having 2-3 hours alone to do whatever I wanted. It has been great not having my H traveling all the time.

week/fruit/edd: Week 9 / pecan; green olive / 12/1
ftm, etc: TTM
appointments: Nothing until May 11
team: Green!
milestones: 🤷🏻♀️
symptoms: Heartburn and nausea
rants/raves/vents: I’ve surprisingly got nothing.
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? I’m missing the zoo the most. This is our favorite time of year to go. Before school is out and before it gets so hot in the summertime. I just miss strolling around and enjoying the animals with the kids. I’m most enjoying not having to rush around to get out of the house every morning. Routine is down but with two littles who still need my help for most things, it’s just a lot and always hurried. I’m liking not having the need for that and taking our time doing whatever we choose.

catlady22, can the OB not move your appointment earlier since you’re having bleeding? That’s so frustrating that they can’t give any advice over the phone since you aren’t an established patient.

Fearsy nope I tried calling them both times and got the same response. I also tried calling my primary care doc. Finally called my previous ob (even though they are nearly an hr away). They got me in today for a rhogam shot and bloodwork. I have to go again Thursday, so probably won't have any answers until Friday.

week/fruit/edd: 11w3d, profiterole
ftm, etc: stm (third pregnancy)
appointments: Next Wednesday I see everyone, genetics, mfm, OB, lab work, and ultrasound. Getting the NIPT. I'm high risk because DS was early and has Down Syndrome
team: finding out
milestones: next week I will pass my loss milestone and be in 2nd trimester. Nervous for my appt
symptoms: nauseous and constipated if I don't stay on top of meds. Really tired. I also look very pregnant which is odd since I was so small last pregnancy.
rants/raves/vents: allergies are killing me.
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? I miss people. We are very social and go to tons of group events, therapy, school, etc. I don't have to stress about hiding my very obvious belly though. My DH still works in healthcare so I'm very lonely and bored. Luckily he has minimal exposure to sick patients but still a little scary.

week/fruit/edd: 12+5/lime/11.8
ftm, etc: STM
appointments: my next one is at 14+5, May 15
team: blue! I still can’t believe it
milestones: I swear I felt him move the other day. It was that rolling feeling- like he flipped himself over? I was on my back in bed with DD.
symptoms: headaches this week, blah. I’m still dealing with nausea but it’s not nearly as bad as it was a few weeks ago.
rants/raves/vents: I’m just so tired. I take a unisom at night because it definitely helps in the AM but even if I go to bed at 8pm, I’m still wiped the next day. DD also hasn’t been sleeping well lately, so we’re just a sleepy mess over here. I need a big fat nap.
gtky: what are you missing most while SIP or enjoying most? I miss our routine. Both DD and I are creatures of habit. We had school MWF, and I miss popping over to target or Starbucks. Total FWP but I just miss being able to get out and do stuff. I enjoy being able to see DH. Our usual routine limits our time together, so it’s been nice to actually see him!

Also I think we have settled on our anniversary, November 2, as our day to schedule kiddo’s csection (I’ll be 39+1). I’m terribly curious to see if he will come on his own, but I am at least relieved that we will have an end date and it won’t be crazy like DDs birth (and presumably DH will actually be there this time!)
