H brought home a 6 pack of cream cheese from Costco. We already had 3 in our basement fridge. Does anyone have any delicious recipes (besides cheese cake) for cream cheese? I am making oreo truffles today.

You bet your sweet ass I can 😉 Lasagna (I swear you won't be disappointed) -2lbs ground beef, browned with a chopped green pepper, onion and 4 or 5 cloves of garlic. Drain -2 jars classico roasted garlic spaghetti sauce and 1/4cup parm mixed into beef -9 to 10 lasagna noodles, boiled -layer a bit of sauce/beef mixture, layer of noodles, layer of sauce, layer of sliced cream cheese chuncks, layer of mozzarella, layer of sauce, layer of noodles, finish with sauce and bake at 350 until bubbling -top with mozzarella and bake until melted Chicken cream cheese chili -2 chicken breasts -2 cans black beans -2 cans corn -2 cans rotel -2 blocks of cream cheese -cumin, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste -cook on low in crock pot until chicken is done. Shred. -serve with tortilla straps Stuffed peppers -1 lb beef, 1 lb sausage -1 can rotel -1 block cream cheese Cook and stuff into 6 orange and yellow peppers or several mini sweet bell peppers. You can also add rice to the meat mixture. I have others if your interested klw 😊

I don't know if you are still looking for ideas, but I love this one: Jalapeno Popper Baked Stuffed ChickenI always totally miss the Skinny in skinnytaste though and usually use more cheese than is called for. Super good!

You can freeze cream cheese. It will be a bit drier & more crumbly when thawed, but it's totally fine to freeze.

I like spinach crepes with cream cheese. I fry the usual spinach crepes, roll them with cream cheese inside and can freeze them for later.

I adore cream cheese! Here is a sneck recipe: Preheat oven to 400°F (200˚C). Slice the jalapeños in half, then remove the seeds by scraping out the insides. Spread the cream cheese evenly among the jalapeño shells. Wrap each jalapeño in bacon. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, until bacon is browned and peppers are tender. Enjoy!
