So I’m thinking of doing a virtual Birthday party for E. I’m thinking even if the SIP order is gone people are still not going to want to party. What do you ladies think? Like for family? I would do for a family or close friend but I probably wouldn’t go to a virtual party for like a daycare classmate. |

peachsmama Sorry about the migraine. I was gonna suggest Lowe’s or Home Depot for a Lysol like spray since I saw they had a lot of their brand in stock when I went for the fridge stuff, but it may not work either if it smells. I have seen cleaning products at Target, too. Only two places, though. chrisy01 I think that would be a good way to celebrate her with family.

klong11 I think it was you that wanted an update on the Madison Reed hair color I got. It came out really good! No different from the salon really. My hair feels good and it’s nice and shiny. I also used it to do my brows and those came out good as well. I liked the boxing of everything and that they had barrier cream and cleanup wipes included. The color I got was from doing the questionnaire on the website and was exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely use it again. Awesome! I was thinking about it this morning. I think I'm going to go ahead and give it a try! It took about three weeks to arrive due to delays in shipping. |

This weekend got away from me. Yesterday was a fun exercise...the right side of my face was numb/tingly, in addition to my right hand/foot which has been fairly consistent since I was sick last month. So after reading that Washington Post article about healthy 30 year olds dying of strokes, I made a telehealth appt who said it's most likely nothing, but go to the ER to get a CT scan. So I did that yesterday, and I am fine. Could be the start of shingles or bells palsy, or nothing. But yeah, was kind of scary, had to bring my pump but thankfully was out in 4 hours and didn't use it. I'm a bit embarrassed bc I feel like the worried well, but the ER doc said it was the right move too.
Today I did a Harris teeter pickup order and felt like a jerk bc the lady called to review her substations and was definitely over 60. She helped load my car and I wish I tipped her...I only had a $20 which seemed like too much for some reason but now I feel like a jerk. They don't let you tip online like instacart, otherwise I would have done that.
And then visited my mom and she was super teary and lonely, which was sad. Someone on FB wanted our Moses basket I listed months ago and I also sold her my dockatot and gave her some other baby holder, they live close to her, so we met there.

I don't love the samples I was sent (but impressed they send them To you for free) but they have something that is apparently a miracle worker on eczema so I'll try it because nothing else can calm M's flare ups. |

My hand/foot seems worse when dehydrated too, so need to keep up with the water. I think there are so many unknowns, no one wants to dismiss any potential serious complication without proof. I do need to find a primary care doctor, but I was impressed with Aetna's teledoc situation, they offer free appts and someone called within 5 minutes. |

inthekitty one of my nurses did Optavia, just as a customer. She lost weight but showed me the bars and they were full of trash ingredients. I don’t know anything about the business side except that MLMs turn me off immediately and calling yourself a health coach because you sell people expensive meal substitutes full of processed crap earns a major side eye from me.

cagoldi interesting but not surprising about the trash ingredients. My friend definitely looks great. She's lost weight, but the vague attempts at getting "clients" is such a turn off. And yes, I think it's majorly eye rolly to call yourself a health coach or anything similar when you have no education or training in the field.

Of course now I’m not really tired at midnight so hopefully I can convince my brain to go to sleep soon. Because I’m a giant nerd, and my mechanic dad told me to, I just read through my van’s manual. I think I’ve figured out some more things, like the hands free sliding doors. It has the start/stop thing at stoplights and that’s pretty weird to get used to. The car shuts down if you’re stopped for a certain amount of time and then restarts when you take your foot off the break and hit the gas.

trtlcrzy My Jeep does the same thing, I hate it. I feel like it's going to burn up the starter so much faster. I have a button on my dash I can push that turns it off though, yours doesn't have that?
