I need to do day 3 of my work out and M has school work we need to do. I have a load of laundry to dry and fold and my kitchen needs swept and mopped so dang bad. I might try to accomplish that during MJ's morning nap.

Morning. My kid woke up this morning and the first thing she uttered was ‘were eating chicken and fries tonight, right mama?’ This girl loves her chicken 😂. I made a little obstacle course again this morning and planted some seeds and made descriptive sticks for craft time. The kids were bouncing of the wall to I went out and found refugee in the play area around the corner. Not much else on the agenda today.

Morning! I'm sitting at my table enjoying the quite. Evie is back on her normal schedule today, our stimulus check was deposited into our account, so I already feel like today is going to be so much better than yesterday!

Morning. I’m at work screening. It’s not too busy. After work I’ll be going home to sort through mail and random papers that have gathered on the butler’s pantry and go through the boys spring/summer clothes to see what they may need.
MH got up to get M2 when he woke up whining and saw a text alert from the bank about the deposit. Straight into the savings it goes.

Morning! Exact same weather here peachsmama. Thankfully we logged lots of good outdoor time yesterday bc today we will be inside. No big plans today and with spring break, no schoolwork either. We have two ‘showings’ late in the day so I’ll just be trying to keep the kids from destroying the house before then 😂 |

Morning! Exact same weather here peachsmama. Thankfully we logged lots of good outdoor time yesterday bc today we will be inside. No big plans today and with spring break, no schoolwork either. We have two ‘showings’ late in the day so I’ll just be trying to keep the kids from destroying the house before then 😂 Its not supposed to start getting warmer here until Sunday. And only 60. |

We aren’t getting anything from the stimulus. We still had to file jointly, and Pete made too much.
I thought Poppy was sleeping in, but I just heard little noises from her crib that indicate to me she took her Poke-A-Dot book to bed last night.
Dude’s little cooking kit came and he is so excited, we’re probably making one of the recipes today.
We did do hot cross buns yesterday. They were a little dense, but got a fairly complicated recipe and only using our stand mixer, I think we did okay.

Fairly certain we aren't getting a check. Ironically it's my military salary that pushes us over the edge. But last night I did read an article about Trump removing the person in charge of oversight over the stimulus and apparently making efforts so he and his multimillionaire cronies can benefit from it. So that's great.
MH and I had a chat with the girls last night about a new school schedule for them during the day. We know quarantine has been getting to them but we hope they turn their behavior around. I need to try to figure out how to download a packet for M. I was unsuccessful yesterday. Their My Generation dolls they ordered should arrive today and they already know they are grounded from them, but I talked some reason into MH that grounding them for 2 weeks that he originally told them in quarantine time is more equivalent to 2 years and way too long because it seems like forever and loses them. He agreed, so the girls know if they have a good rest of the week they can earn them back by Friday night.

Morning! I saw a small tree leaning on a wire this morning. It seemed so mild that I considered moving it myself but wised up in time. Fast forward a few hours and our power went out, I assume intentionally so the tree could be moved. Thankfully it was out for less than 15 minutes because the backup on our WiFi router didn't kick in. Work has been nuts so it's not the time to take an unexpected day off!
No check here - between the cap on state tax deductions and the acquisition buyout, our 2019 AGI was far higher than in the past. This was NOT the year to have filed my taxes early - we would have at least gotten a partial payout based on our 2018 return... What can you do?

Lol inthekitty I saw the part about the stimulus reducing with every hundred over the cutoff, but to send out a deposit that little is laughable. But hey guess we should try to be grateful for anything we receive. I need to figure out who to make a donation to, because I am feeling a bit guilty about not necessarily needing what we did get. nam2013 that is very accurate and funny! Well, not that funny because it is our president we are talking about. |

I understand the need for individual companies to cut expenses at the moment, but I am furious over it having gotten to this point. If we had someone competent leading efforts in the federal government, things wouldn’t have reached this point. The delusional idiot and his Deep State conspiracy theories have been disastrous. And when hiring picks up again, wages are going to take a very long time to be restored to previous levels. Every time there is such a hit to the economy, the real income of working families gets lower. It’s unbelievable to me that there is still anyone, anywhere who wants to vote for these lunatics. |

They’re having a company worldwide meeting next week to “present the business results, the future business outlook as well as their final decisions on any additional measures and how these may impact you.” I assume shortly thereafter they’ll be letting people know. |

I think it’s unrealistic that the economic fallout of this would be different with a different president. Every country in the world is affected by this and their economies reflect that. This is happening globally. It absolutely sucks, no doubt about it.
