Those struggling to sleep, try a weighted blanket. I pulled mine out and used the last few nights and slept WAY better.

Morning. We went cycling this morning, about a 15mile ride so nothing major, but I still felt it  . Currently in my home office, but there’s not much to do, so I’m contemplating putting on Netflix or is that really to bad...? Anyways 2.5 more hours before I’m done! |

Morning just me and Dexter right now. Normally I leave him upstairs but it wasn’t raining and he won’t go outside if it’s raining.
I have to pickup my honeybaked ham today and I get to learn all my job responsibilities going forward today.

Still kind of gross. My throat hurts and I feel like I got punched in the stomach. This is similar to how my suspected Covid illness started about a month ago. I've heard of people seemingly recovering from it then having a round 2 start up. Wonder if that's what it is? Thanks for asking. |

Testing is still basically limited to people severe enough to require hospitalization, so no. :/ I'm just going to continue bunkering down and go back to Lysoling the house aggressively. |

Today is Horse Day! So there is a way to differentiate it from every other day. The equestrian place we were going to sign up the girls for horseback riding lessons this summer offered to organize with some of their horse friends and get a parade of horse trailers together to go through several neighborhoods. They are coming through ours this afternoon. They are keeping it COVID compliant so must keep appropriate distance. The girls made a poster and are wearing horse clothes today. For school I'm going to keep it chill and just have them read a few horse books and see if I can find a video.

FYI Target is having a $25 off of $100 or $10 off of $50 when buying toys that automatically is discounted. The girls have been saving for more My Generation dolls so I told them last night was the time to buy.

I bike between 5-10 miles any given day of the week, normally with at least 1 kid on the bike. My calves and thighs are let’s say ‘well developed’ 😉. |

Hiiii! I have today off but DH doesn't, though he keeps popping down to hang out between calls. It got chilly over night but the boys were stuck inside because of the rain yesterday, so we spent a good hour and a half playing in the yard. Col also finished up some school work and practiced his typing while Chase played with Play-Doh, so now they're getting a bit of screen time while I warm up.
No plans as usual, though I should probably do a bit of cleaning so I can keep up without losing much of the weekend. We'll probably go for a walk later if it's still dry, because that's what we do now.

It is cold and windy today but I need some outside time today. C and I went out earlier. He is teaching me tricks on the scooter. So far I can only jump up with the scooter a little in the air. I have a ways to go. I am working until 1 and the day is crawling by.
Sunday is DH's birthday so C and I are making cupcakes today. DH is picking up dinner from out favorite Italian place in Boston. I can't wait! Even reheated it is amazing.
Did I tell you guys that we are having Easter dinner over zoom with my inlaws? We (BIL and family, us, and MIL/FIL) are all logging on at 2pm Sunday to literally eat together. I don't get it.
Today is the day we were heading to Seattle. I'm pretty bummed about that. We have flight credits so hopefully we can re-book when this is all over.

I was thinking of you this morning wedding and our cancelled meet-up. I hope you guys can plan another trip soon. BTW, the girls watched Zombies and are obsessed. I was going to listen to recently listened to music on Alexa but it's all Zombies so that's a no go. ETA: I could see a brief Zoom visit with everyone, but not while eating. That'd just be awkward. Plus of being quarantined is you don't have to eat your MiL's food. |

Hey. I woke up to H having moved everything off the tile so she could sweep in the kitchen and dining room. I’m glad she took the initiative to clean on her own. It’s supposed to be a little nicer today so we will get outside before it starts getting cold over the weekend. I made my Easter dinner menu and the grocery list. We have a little homework for H to do and then we are on “spring break” from school until Tuesday. inthekitty I hope you’re feeling better soon |

Also we got invited to join Chase's classmates in a group using Marco Polo. He was so excited to see his friends (and even his teacher) and he left them a video too. Too cute. It doesn't seem to take much for them to feel more connected, especially coming from, well, nothing.

Morning! Er, afternoon. I slept til 9 this morning, it was lovely. First night in a while I haven't had crazy dreams. B had a Zoom meeting with his class, hearing those sweet little voices always gets me RN we're doing some school work. Next week is spring break and I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, ha. I wish we could go down to my parents'. I got B to help me with some purging of his books and toys earlier, and then I went through his dresser. C's room is up next. I guess I'll just make a couple boxes--one to consign, one to donate. Early this week I shipped some of our ginormous train/track collection to my nephew, who is loving all things choo-choo right now. My sister sent a video and he was so cute playing with it all. |

We are off today and I'm so confused about what day it is. K cried it out for 45 min until I got up with her at 6:15 and then we promptly took a nap on the couch. Our instacart order that I thought had been pushed out until 4/22 did arrive today. The main thing we wanted was milk and it has a sell by date of 4/8🤦.
I am going to try a different mask tutorial from the CDC website that looks easier to sew. And also may pick up paint from a local store that is doing curbside dropoff. I'm waiting for my uncle to tell me what to order since he owns a store in NJ.

wedding I am considering a family zoom for Easter. It could be good to see family, connection is good...it may not help you, but could be a highlight of your ILs day. inthekitty you are making me anxious that it can come back😔 drink all the hot drinks. I saw on CNN that Cuomo was saying to sit up and be active to fight the virus. Keep us posted ♥️
