I'm at the doctor's office dropping off my pre jug and waiting for blood work.
MFM already called to schedule the GD consult. They just tacked it on to my growth scan next Friday.

Toddlers, man. This kid is something else, she's peed twice in the potty yay! Then had an epic tantrum when I tried to take her to the playground. Now she is watching the Tour de France, for some reason it calmed her down. I wanted to take her to play before it got to hot and then to the farm store to get some fresh berries since I have my ultrasound and some other errands to take care this afternoon.

August Blooms Yay for your DD going in the potty! DS is now at 3 weeks without an accident - it is glorious getting a break from diapers. We potty trained him in May - fingers crossed the streak continues and he doesn't regress when the new baby arrives. Today was really productive and I got a lot done at work. I also had time to take DS down to the playground, and he enjoyed stalking a cat that kept lurking on the outskirts. The cat is now referred to by DS as, "real life kitty cat downstairs." I can't figure out if DS thinks the cat's name is "real life kitty cat," or if DS understands the concept that this is a real cat vs a stuffed animal one he has. I'm leading towards the former. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

24w today! I can't believe it's already V-day. Also DD and I are picking up H later this afternoon so I have to basically kill time until we can leave to go get him.

LT for the toddler struggle. DD *loves* fruit and lately watermelon has been her obsession. Yesterday evening she asked to get in her high chair because she was hungry. I grabbed the sliced watermelon out of the fridge to give her something to munch on while I fixed supper. She flipped at the sight of watermelon as though it was going to attack her. She proceeded to get down from the high chair and throw a tantrum on the floor, for a reason still unbeknownst to me. Sooo I guess we are over the watermelon obsession? So yes. Toddlers, man.

TDF 😜 Nothing like watching spandex dudes torturing themselves. Flat stage today! They're sprinting to the end now! Oh snap! Boassan haggen and kittel! edit update: Kittel won stage 7 but I'm sure nobody here cares lol 😂😂

It's too damn hot, yall.
DH has been filling in for someone at work, so he's going in really early a couple days this week. Today was one of those days, so I was getting DS and me ready by myself. When we were going out to the car, he decided he needed some blackberries. So he runs over and starts picking some. I told him it's time to go and he doesn't want to, so I'm grabbing him as he tries to run away and I'm just sweating. Ugh. This was all before 8am!

I'm sitting here 15 minutes into my glucose test and feeling quite awful. Getting a headache and feeling nauseous. The next 45 minutes are not going to be pleasant. 👎🏻

It is not even 10 yet and DS is napping because he thought 4:30 was a good wake up time. I'm about to follow suit.

Tapa hasn't been working and I haven't been near a computer. Vacation was great. Got home early this afternoon, took DS to the playground and went to Costco. This weekend we are clearing out the guestroom/office and re-doing DS's room. Once that is done I will be able to get started on the nursery. I feel like I am so behind and I'm excited to get moving on these things.

It has been 0 days since my last vomit incident.
I'm really hoping this isn't a new trend. The last few days I've been getting hints of nausea, but brushed it off.

duskymonkey yeah I am dreading it as well. If I got a headache and nauseous with food in my stomach? I am afraid for without. My friend had to do one first tri. She said she had to wait until her hg was a little better under control before she could do it. Since I am taking it "early" I can wait a week. I will be almost 26wks instead of already 28+. I am waiting until Friday because I won't have the girl I nanny that day and I can find someone else to watch ds for the morning. I am dreading those awful waiting room chairs though. Ugh. Super NOT comfy. My friend dragged her husband along and brought a mini DVDs player. They sat there and watched a movie. I thought that was a neat idea! I have plenty of paperwork things I could do. But a movie and a new book sounds like a much better idea/treat to me.
