Ma (what she calls me), ball, car, eat, and more
She mixed in a few signs too and it's adorable watching her use them. DS never picked up many signs and DD loves it, so I'm enjoying adding them in.

Eat and she tried to say Shoes (comes out as shhh) when we go outside. She still does not have many words, but it has gotten better

Mine, up pease, her brother’s name. She had a word explosion not too long ago and is starting to put two and three words together which is adorable. She doesn’t use signs nearly as much as her brother did, though.

Snack and food are recent additions here - he's a hungry boy. He's mimicking a ton, and started singing along with "Stay Stay Stay" when we listened to Taylor Swift the other day.

DD has picked up a lot of words in the past few weeks. She’s not putting two/three word sentences together quite yet though.
Some favorites:
No 😂😭 Puppy Mama Dada Cal (brother) Up More Cheese 😂 Milk All done Thank you Bye Hi Mine Bubbles Crackers
She makes a lot of animal noises as well.

Dd has started to talk a lot more since keeping her home. Her new one is let go. It sounds like ‘det doh’ and she’s usually yelling it because big sister is manhandling her. But now she also screams ‘det doh!’ So that I turn on let it go from Frozen. 🤦🏻♀️
Funny!

Agree that we're seeing a big language jump now that we have more time together! My sister and I are about the same spacing as my kids are, and my parents said this was a really fun time for them - I was learning to read at the same time my sister really learned how to talk - we're seeing the same things with our kiddos and it's amazing.
