I forgot to get salad dressing at the store. We usually like Caesar, but I like good vinaigrettes, too.
Any suggestions for good homemade salad dressings? Beyond the basics?

My favorite greek dressing. Can also be used as a marinade for chicken or pork: Greek Dressing: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon) 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or 2 large garlic cloves, minced) 2 tablespoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon salt Cracked pepper I have made caesar dressing a bunch and it is decently easy, the only thing is whether you have anchovies on hand. www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/caesar-salad-dressing.html
