Just wanted to check in, how is everyone? We are online at my college until May, schools closed for the year, but daycare is open. This is crazy.

Daycare is open, but I pulled R. I figure what’s the point of having T out of school to only send R to daycare. They ended up saying we’d only have to pay half of tuition to keep her spot. Her teachers sent a video today of them missing her and we ended up video chatting... pretty much she might be the only from her class not going....
MIL watched the kids T-Thr. I worked from home on Monday and today.
I think we only have 24 confirmed cases in my County, but we can’t test anymore at this point.

We are ok A little stressed out and being home and in the house most of the day is hard. We are taking J outside when its nice but its supposed to snow Monday. I will say all 3 of us being in the house has him babbling more which is great. He is so wild thoughfeom being stuck inside.

I’m getting by but damn M pushes every button. She is such a tough kid and demands shit 24/7. I’ll be out of my mind in no time 😂 Selfishly I’m relieved to not have school aged kids yet because that seems like such a tough element to deal with homeschool stuff on top of all this. I’m WFH till April 6th for now and it’s a challenge to stay motivated but I’m thankful I have that option. I get so worried for all the health care workers and first responders who are on the front line of all this. I know you and YH take such a risk everyday having to be in the hospital working addymac. Thank you for all you do 💕

We just pull the kids from daycare. MH is temporarily on furlough and who knows how long this will last. 3 toddlers at home is it's own special torture experiment.

I decided to potty train since we’re stuck home anyway. It’s going ok. This is Day 3 and the most accidents we’ve had, but I think it’s bc I tried doing underwear today.
DS’ teacher dropped off more school stuff for him yesterday which was awesome of her. He’s been doing a picture journal at PreK so now I can have him draw pictures of what we’ve been doing at home.
I’m annoyed by DH being home but not being very helpful with kids bc of working. I need a break tomorrow. And a stiff drink.

I have 2 zoom meetings for work everyday so that’s blah but at least I’m secure with a job for now. The kids are off the wall which is difficult but we are all in the same boat. I go from feeling calm to completely freaked and terrified. Seeing the deaths, especially in some healthy young people is so scary. Today our fridge died which omfg could the timing be worse?! The thought of losing the full fridge and freezer had me in a spiral. Thankfully I remembered my FIL had one at his business so MH’s cousin with a truck met him and picked it up. Phew, crisis averted. I miss you guys too! I hope you are all ok ❤️

I'm here too. Miss you guys. It's been crazy. We pulled the kids from daycare about 2.5 weeks ago and it's chaotic having them all at home. Of course I love the extra time with them, but three is hard. My husband is teleworking full time so no breaks. Thankfully, I'm on leave. It's weird how many food shortages there still are. I put a huge pickup order in with Walmart but only expect to get 2/3 of it. Figured I'd take advantage of being home to potty train H. Huge failure! He won't tell me when he pees. After two accidents with no notice from him I decided to try again in a month or two. Hope everyone is okay

Whether its the language part because his speech is delayed or he just doesnt get it I dont know. We still sit on potty before bath and sometimes in the mornings. But thats about it and our success rate is not very high.

R used the potty like four times yesterday and my MIL said she’s used it twice today to pee. If she keeps using it, then I think I’m going to try her in underwear starting Friday since I’ll have three days off.
Also, I noticed R has a few freckles! I kept thinking maybe it was dirt or food, but after her bath yesterday I’m convinced they’re freckles. T didn’t get freckles until last summer when she was 5.5. I’m guessing it’s cause R is a red head - so far no moles, though and T had two moles before a year.
