I know a bunch of you have this and have made recipes. I have both of the books. I don't have them in front of me (I am at work currently), but I have made a pork chop recipe and a brussels sprouts recipe from the second one (I think) that were both delicious. I need to venture out and being cooped up this weekend seems like the perfect time.
Tell me what to make!

The coconut rice is amazing. I think I am going to make this along with the red chicken curry from the other cookbook. Yum!

I enjoyed the lemon spaghetti cacio e pepe and fish tacos (1st book).
The fish tacos were pretty spicy as a side note.
Also love the dutch baby pancakes!

Love the chicken pot pie soup.
We must have done something wrong with the Thai basil chicken because it was no bueno.

I forgot to update: I made the red curry chicken and coconut rice, and both were big hits with H and me. I will have to try more recipes! I remember the pork chops being good, I should make those again.
