Weeks/Due Date - 26+2 / June 6
The Good - I'm officially on leave from work and DH is home for another 2 weeks, so I have lots of opportunity to relax and we can fit in some fun family activities with the boys.
The Bad - I have such a bad cough. I'm back to wearing pads again because I get suchh strong coughing fits that I end up peeing in my pants. Also hip pain and horrible sleep.
Milestones/Appointments - OB on Thursday.
To Do List - basically gotta get caught up on all the house stuff. The kids have been sick for a week and myself the last few days.

Weeks/due date - 26 weeks tomorrow/June 9
Symptoms - same old stuff. A little trouble sleeping, occasional migraines, RLP, some back pain after busy days....but it’s pretty infrequent and overall I feel good. My body hurts the most after I’ve been sitting in a meeting for too long - and feels the best when I move around a lot in a day.
The good - had a fun short ski trip the past couple nights. Of course I told DH we didn’t need to bring our snow chains because it had been so warm the past week, and then it snowed a lot while we were there and we should have had them. But we successfully made it out of the mountains without them, luckily. We agreed that from now on we will always bring them when we go to the mountains in winter, regardless of the forecast. The kids had fun skiing, tubing, and bowling with our friends.
The bad - We’re not even back home from our ski trip yet and I have a 9 pm flight to New Mexico for a work meeting tomorrow. It’s a looong day.
Milestones/appts - I’m still confused as to my GD number being 89 when it was in the 130s with my last pregnancy, but I’ll take it. I just have one more growth ultrasound at 32 weeks.

Weeks/Due Date - 21w1d / July 12th.
The Good - feeling movement more frequently! At least once a day now. Also, my 2nd cervical measurement last week was good! It was 3.3 (whatever unit of measurement they use), as opposed to 3.1 four days before at my anatomy scan. I guess anything under 3 is worrisome. I'll have another measurement in a week.
The Bad - sciatic pain! It's been happening since 7-8 weeks, but it has really ramped up this past week or so. It's very annoying. Also, mild heartburn starting to creep in occasionally.
Milestones/Appointments - Monday 3/9 for cervical measurement and the tech usually gives me a peek at baby!
To Do List - we're going nursery furniture shopping this weekend! I'm having a hard time coming up with a cute theme though. What nursery theme are you going with??

twopeas that’s great news on the cervical measurement! Our nursery theme is ‘same unisex nursery all three older kids had’ . The wall color is dark blue and most of the decor isn’t too baby-ish, besides a mobile, glider, and changing table.

LOL Yes, I was thinking of just reusing/adding to the decor I used with ds (woodland) because I really can't find anything else I like as much. I guess I feel bad that it would be his first "second child syndrome," hand-me-down experience and he's barely even existed yet! Ha. Oh well, kiddo might as well get used to it early! 😂

twopeas, handing down the inconsequential stuff will allow you to focus on the important stuff that makes him unique

The only thing each child gets new is their car seat, and that's only because the older ones are still using theirs.

Weeks/Due Date - 26 +4, June 5
The Good - I feel like this pregnancy is flying by.
The Bad - I’ve started with some sciatica pain which is annoying. I also had a cold which is fun. I’m pretty sure I had a fever last night but we are at a resort in the Florida Keys so I didn’t have a thermometer with me.
Milestones/Appointments - next appointment is 3/12. I need to do my 1 hour glucose test before it. Then I start biweekly appointments.
To Do List - We are still working on DD1s room remodel so we can move all the kids around and then will have the nursery to start painting and set up. I’m starting to worry that we won’t get it all done.

Baby #4 who will be using the same crib, same decor, same dresser/changing table and same neutral newborn clothing as the other 3! They do each have their own “coming home” outfit but that’s it!

I have never really decorated the nursery to be honest. The walls are a light grey and I have white furniture. I will probably do a little more decorating this time around since this kid will be staying in that room long term. It’s just not really a priority for me.

Weeks/Due Date - 32 weeks, c/s scheduled April 16
The Good - 6 weeks left. I have to tell myself that every day lol. Only 43 max days left that I will be pregnant.
The Bad - Everything else. ha. I am a walking ball of miserable basically. I didn't think sleeping could get any worse and yet....it did. I come home from work and literally lay down for the entire rest of the night now, I have no energy for anything else. My poor husband.
Milestones/Appointments - growth u/s scheduled for Monday the 9th and we have weekly appts until delivery.
To Do List - Get blinds and new curtains up in the nursery and put the finishing touches on it. Get most things packed in my hospital bag since you just never know.

Our "theme" is celestial basically. I chose it when I didn't know the sexes yet and figured it was neutral enough. Grey walls with a moon and stars vinyl sticker motif. MIL cross stitched the "twinkle twinkle" rhyme and framed it so that is also up on the wall. I found an adorable elephant print at Home Goods that is on a different wall though so its stars/sky plus elephants? lol whatev. Its basically grey with white furniture for color scheme.

Weeks/Due Date - 25+4/June 13
The Good - feeling ok, just kinda tired most of the time. I finally started buying more stuff for the baby. Went to once upon a child and stocked up on a ton of clothes, an ergo, and snagged a Halo bassinet for like $55. I always forget about this place but they had a lot in really good condition.
The Bad - nothing too bad besides low energy, having some insomnia issues.
Milestones/Appointments - nada til March 20
To Do List - I’m working on my older kids room actually, ha. I ordered her a bunk bed which should be coming today. Still have to figure out what else we need to get for the baby but I guess I’ll just wait until after the baby shower which is kind of annoying me because I want to get stuff now, lol.

Weeks/Due Date - 27 weeks/ May 30 The Good - I am loving watching the baby kicks during my day. I had a meeting today and was trying to pay attention but kept looking down at my stomach seeing these huge movements haha! I also love watching how excited my DS is. He always comes up and kisses my stomach, it's so sweet. OB appt yesterday and all seemed good. I got my maternity belt on Friday (after taking DS to an eye appointment, taking my dog to the vet, and doing a Costco shop - didn't plan that properly!). But I love it so far, haven't worn it much since a lot of my day is sitting, but when I am up and about it is very helpful. Passed my glucose testing - I did 2 weeks of blood tests using a glucose monitor, fasting in the morning and then 1-2 hrs after meals. I had such a bad reaction after DS's pregnancy from the drink I just couldn't do it again, so thankfully this was an option. The Bad - I have been so nauseous in the mornings again, and then anytime after I eat a meal. I don't really have much of an appetite right now. I told my doctor that yesterday and she said nausea can start ramping up again in 3rd trimester, so that's awesome. I also asked her what the ultrasound had said was wrong with the umbilical cord and she it was called a marginal cord insertion, which means my cord has attached on the side of my placenta instead of in the centre. She said it's not a big deal except at delivery when delivering the placenta because it could detach. I have been reading about it, and asking every baby group I am part of and while the results seem positive (no major issues), there is still a risk for low birth weight or a risk that the baby won't get all the nutrients. I need to ask her for another ultrasound around 30ish weeks or something to monitor that the baby is growing properly. It's just another thing to worry about I guess Milestones/Appointments - physio again on Friday! Looking forward to getting started with Chiro too. To Do List - not really much to do for baby prep this week

Weeks/Due Date - 27 weeks/May 30
The Good - Made it to the 3rd trimester!
The Bad - I'm getting concerned that my maternity clothes won't last through this entire pregnancy and I'm going to really be stretching for business appropriate by May.
Milestones/Appointments - I had my glucose test on Tuesday, so hopefully I get good results and don't have to do that again. My next appointment is in 3 weeks, and I get a bonus 3d ultrasound at this one for paying all of my payments on time for the OB's office. I'm hoping to get a good picture this time since baby wasn't super cooperative at the anatomy scan.
To Do List - I want DH to do the touch up painting in the baby's room so I can clean the carpets. Then we can actually set up the furniture and I can go through all of the clothes I've saved and my sister gave me from my nephew.

txaggie08 I’m at a stage in my pregnancy where I keep pulling clothes out of rotation that aren’t fitting anymore. I am very lucky that I can essentially wear athleisure to work but I still don’t like having so few options. I refuse to buy more though.

txaggie08 I’ve just decided to invest in some stretchy dresses that should last me the rest of the pregnancy. I find it way easier to throw on a dress than pants and shirt, and I think they’re more comfortable and flattering for a giant belly. Unlike hangry I obviously don’t mind spending a little more $, even though this is my last pregnancy, since I figure I do still have 3 months to go. I recently bought 3 dresses from Old Navy and 3 from target. They averaged about $25 each.

I am getting bored of my maternity clothes (and some of them don’t fit that well anymore). I keep looking online when there are sales and getting tempted to buy more shirts. Prices for mat clothes on sale aren’t that bad but trying to save money since my income will be less while on leave makes it hard to justify. I agree to just get normal clothes that can work as maternity clothes (dresses). I do have a few for that purpose and it’s awesome! Wearing dresses right now are the easiest haha! Maternity pants suck, as they always fall down.

If I had a whole trimester and had to look presentable, I would invest a bit too.

Totally makes sense hangry! I figure my investment works out to like $10 a week since I have 13.5 weeks to go if I make it to my due date - and I plan to work till at least 39 weeks.
