I work at 7am today. So I get to sleep in an hour but I ended up waking up an hour earlier. C is home with both kids. I’m hoping for an easy day at work today.

Morning!
B came in to our room this morning to wish me a happy Presidents’ Day 😂😂 love that kid.
No school here but we have speech this a.m., a haircut for C, and a grocery pick-up scheduled. DH is flying this morning and then we’re meeting some friends for bowling and lunch.

Morning! B came in to our room this morning to wish me a happy Presidents’ Day 😂😂 love that kid. Same! Yesterday, I explained the difference between a day we observe and a day we celebrate, but they learned a whole bunch of info in school so Josie’s not budging— so celebrate we will! |

I'm at work. SSDD. I finished Sex Education last night. I think I'm going to start Safe next because I really enjoyed The Stranger.

Lol at the kids celebrating President’s Day.
Last night, right before bed, M got sick. He slept through the night fine though, so I’m hoping it was just a one off and not the dreaded stomach bug going around. He’s going to work with MH today, so I’m just waiting to hear how he is because I will leave work early if I need to get him.

Morning. Dh & ds are of since it is winter break over here. Picked up some more wood for the finishings (trims Etc.) of the kids rooms. I just had lunch with my mom, which we never do without kids, so that was nice. I’m just not in a good place today.

I'm at work. SSDD. I finished Sex Education last night. I think I'm going to start Safe next because I really enjoyed The Stranger. So I’m halfway through the 3rd season of Designated Survivor and it’s quite different. It includes new characters and hits on more controversial issues. I have mixed feelings about it. I think I prefer the ABC version. |

A web of secrets sends family man Adam Price on a desperate quest to discover the truth about the people closest to him. It's a British tv series based on the book by Harlan Coben. Safe is also a book written by Coben so I'm hoping its just as good. Watch The Stranger! |

It will eventually go in the guest room once we get a king for the master, but who knows when that will be. I think it’s a Zinus. |

They should get here this week and I’ll let you know what we think. I have a friend that has bought a couple mattresses from amazon that are tuft and needle brand. She really likes them. |
