I'm officially to the point where I have to stop eating before I'm really full because there's no more room for food. Baby is taking up all the space in there!

rebeccabunch my MFM told me the day of the scan whether or not there were any concerns and said the bloodwork would probably confirm everything looked ok. I got the results from Counsyl & the quads screen blood work exactly a week later.

It's 2:30am and I can't sleep. I can't shut my brain off and it's annoying.

I do that too, rebeccabunch . Both at work, and at home. Why do we do this?? Related: My work laptop backpack has had lots of junk in it and I finally cleaned it out after lunch today. I found some paperwork from my OB with instructions to fill out the enclosed pre-admission paperwork for the hospital. It is currently after the recommended time-to-mail, but oh well. I'm supposed to call in a couple weeks and set up an appointment with a Maternity Navigator at the hospital. I remember doing all this with DS and it made things feel so real. Here I am doing it again - this pregnancy is just flying by. FLYING BY, I tell ya. Yes! Procrastiworking! Is my biggest nemesis. I cannot believe how much stuff I've put off doing esp. at home and slowly catching up on whatever I can now.

I'm full of first tri questions today, for those that did the Counsyl screening and the NT scan, did they hold your results until both were complete? The nurse yesterday told me they sometimes do. This would mean so have to wait some extra days. Do not want to! With out NT scan, we got the results right away, during the scan. They also gave us a print out with all the measurements. That is probably because the MFMs here do all the scans themselves, not a tech. For the non-invasive DNA screening, we had to wait 7 days I think! I hated the wait. Not much help here this time. Even though NT scan was done by the tech, I had it done at my MFM which was promptly reviewed and discussed after. The screening took about a 5-7 biz days for results. I believe at my last pregnancy, the complete NT scan results was called in at the same time as the screening. I believe if the tech sees something amiss, they will alert your OB and your OB will likely come talk to you about it first. I think it depends on how your clinic is staffed. During my AS with my OB, the tech alerted my OB about my possible short cervix and she reviewed it and said she had to send me to the MFM since they didn't have anyone at this new clinic capable of reading the scans in detail. She said the old clinic had a perinatologist 3 days a week. The wait is agony! I get it!
