How is everyone this morning?  It was 2 degrees when I got to work this morning.  I'm pretty over winter.

Today is C’s class Valentine celebration so she’s excited. She’s wearing a new dress, they’re having pizza for lunch, and she picked out pots of pink tulips for her teachers. It’s a good life, being 3 😂

At 10 I have a handyman coming to repair a loose tile that popped up when the new dishwasher was installed. Once again, the PM proved themselves to be sketchy. If I had a dollar for every hour I’ve spent waiting on vendors for this house, DH could retire.

Got my allergy shots and now I'm just waiting for my Starbucks before I head to the office.

And I just got a text from Cadence's teacher saying Cadence was upset because she lost the ring I gave her to wear this morning. It was just a cheap little heart ring. I told her to tell her not to worry about it, that it's not even a big deal.

Just another work day, but I’m at my old spot so it’s nice. Won’t be too busy. I have some phone calls to make.

I haven’t heard back from the teacher yet, but maybe she doesn’t have FB messenger. When I dropped him off this morning, I asked the teacher across from his class if she had her number and she did. She gave it to me, but I won’t try it until later. If she really is ghosting us too, I’ll be so disappointed. Trying not to let it get to me. I’m ok with the sub in his class today, so he should have a good day.

Good morning! Charlie woke up with 101 fever, a stiff led cough, and no appetite. I dosed him with Motrin; the fevers down , and now he seems fine but because three kids in his class are out with the flu, I’m taking him and just in case.
I have to try a new pediatrician because my kids rarely go to the doctor outside of well visit so I kept our pediatrician which is almost an hour away back by our old house. I really don’t want to leave them but realistically I know I need somebody closer.
This is a group that comes very highly recommended by all of the mom friends I’ve made so I’m feeling confident.

Morning! N is off school today so it’s nice to have her here to keep H busy! I’m baking muffins then we’ll make valentine cookies. I’m going to drop the kids off with my parents this afternoon so i can get a pedicure and start packing for the weekend. We also have N’s conferences today. Tonight, I’m grabbing dinner and a drink before volleyball. We don’t play until 7:30 and 8:30 so it’ll be a long night.

I’m amazed that you keep up with an extracurricular for yourself at those times as a mother of 3! I barely make it to the gym most days. Lol

This morning was chaotic. I ended up having to park and run M into school while carrying H, so she wouldn't be late. It was a sight for sure. I was 20 min late for work. Whoops.

Contractor is here. I am trying not to hover but don't want to go to the opposite end from the kitchen in case he needs something, so I'm sitting awkwardly in the living room watching Fixer Upper re-runs. It feels weird to have the TV on during the day. Hope he finishes soon!

I’ll be honest, this season has been the hardest! We used to play one game then go out for drinks, so it was more of a girls night. This season, we bumped up to a harder league and have double headers every week. So that, on top of just having a baby... it’s exhausting and not quite what it used to be! Haha. That’s why we’re going to dinner before because we’re all getting too old to go out when we’re done! But I love truly playing and it’s good excuse to get out of the house so i make it a priority.

Hi ladies.

Last night I downloaded Heads Up and we had a ton of fun playing it. Even MH was having a ball. Just need to get through today and I have tomorrow off. I'm so looking forward to it.

Morning. Our schools had a 2 hour late start because it was -30 windchill this morning. I watched the neighbor girl because her mom had to go to work so the time passed quickly. I went outside to watch them walk to the bus and my face hurt by the time I came inside, 5 minutes later. I bought the digital copy of frozen 2 last night so S is watching that for a bit before I start lunch. I also got real ambitious and cleaned up S’s room, converted the toddler bed back into a crib and brought the nb clothes in there. I can’t put the clothes away until I move the other girls’ clothes downstairs. But we have to get a closet system and install it first. I ordered their new bunk bed, a small dresser, and bedding for their room earlier this week and it’ll be here sometime next week.
