Omg to -30 windchill!! No thank you!! I would never survive 😂. And I think some of our southern ladies would definitely never make it!! tgrimes flamingo lahdeedah @klongoria Correct. I would never leave my house and the it would feel like an oven inside at all times. 48 was cold for me this morning. And I forgot my heavier coat so I froze while I walked the half mile(not really, but feels like it) to get into the building. |

The real temp this morning was like -9 I think. It’s -4 now, but still don’t want to leave. Tomorrow is supposed to be a little warmer I believe. As long as we don’t go into the super deep freeze like last year then I’ll be good. |

Our poor dog hasn’t been outside since like 7 last night when the temp started dropping. He’s such a whimp. We’re still at -30 windchill and every time I open the door to let him out he nopes right out of there. ...But i guess i don’t blame him!

I'm in the dollar tree parking lot because the parents that volunteered to bring stuff in for the Party- didn't. I had J's party this morning. Did my payroll deposits. Took lunch to my moms. Got M on the bus and now MJ is asleep and I'm trying to decide how long I can sit here and let her sleep before I drop her at my moms and head to M's school. Because my co room mom isnt coming. So I cant wrangle MJ and host the party solo. Busy day.

We had a boxer growing up that could hold it for days if there was snow or cold temps like that lol. She hated the cold! |

He hates it all and doesn’t realize we’re trying to help. The first time we put the booties on, he froze like a statue for 5 minutes until we took them off 😂 |

I'm constantly amazed at how long my dog can hold it. She doesn't like to go out when it's below 30 degrees or too rainy. Lolz. Lily is a princess.

Our 6 toed cat has been meowing like crazy...then last night there was a Siamese cat on our deck and they were whoring after each other. I think we might be getting some kitties in a few months. In other animal news....I took the dog to the vet yesterday for her shots and there were 2 of these running around 💜. I could have snuggled it all day!  |

I'm annoyed. FIL picked L up from school and the teachers said she didn't bring cards so she couldn't participate in handing out Valentine's. FIL said they were in her backpack and the teachers just stared at each other and then said, well maybe she can give them out next week. They didn't think to look in her fucking backpack!? To be fair, I'm unsure if they told the parents to put the Valentine's in a certain spot and FIL didn't hear and I also told FIL where they were but I didn't specially tell L.

I’m so glad she did because I completely forgot. Sign up genius needs to send a two day before reminder email. I had to borrow M’s birthday cash because I’m bad about keeping cash on me. |

@winealthetime Teacher fail! Just check the backpack! So annoying.
I always have an extra set of clothes and pull-ups in M2’s backpack. Every time he runs out of clothing, the afternoon teacher never checks the backpack. I’ve showed up multiple times to him with no pants on or just his undershirt. Every time I tell her to check the damn backpack! If it’s not in his cubby they won’t look right underneath in the backpack. 🤦🏽♀️

Thankfully with a new baby I had a perfect excuse not to leave the house much. I flew to Tampa for a wedding in March and literally cried when it was time to fly back. I remember the morning I had to take B for his first newborn check-up (so the first week of December), it was -2. I don't even care for the weather here...it doesn't get as cold, obviously, but the winter is so grey and rainy. I just need more sunshine in my life. |

That makes me so sad for L wineallthetime. why wouldn't they have checked backpacks for something like that? lfig it took me awhile to figure out you were not holding skunk babies! My dogs definitely did their business fast this morning! No lolly-gagging around today! |

TP to those teachers wineallthetime. It would’ve taken 3 seconds to double-check her backpack. Poor L! Omg that baby goat is the cutest thing I’ve seen in a while lfig 😍😍 (too bad they grow up into adult goats lol.) Our dog is a princess too inthekitty. She’s a lab and loves the water, but only on her terms. Diving into a pool or lake? Ok. Getting a bath or getting misted/sprinkled/rained on? Unacceptable. She will look at you like, “you actually expect me to go out in this? Dummy.” |

Thanks guys, I'm pissed they didn't just check! And I'm really unhappy with the teachers to begin with. I'm honestly thinking about just pulling her and starting fresh in the fall.

I go back to work next week so naturally I’m trying to do several projects today that I have had the last 2 months to do before I’m back to “the grind”. Bonus though....Monday is a holiday so I don’t start back till Tuesday!
