What are some of your current cravings?
I’m really loving navel oranges right now which is interesting because I don’t usually like them but they are so delicious.
Weirdest craving is I can’t stop thinking about coffee! Not even a speciality kind but just basic coffee. I love coffee and still drink a cup in the mornings but not much more than that and all I think about is having more.

I don't really have cravings. Certain things a freaking delicious! But I don't think about them or want them or anything. During the storm I was craving some All Dressed Chips, but I don't know of that was a pregnancy thing or a storm thing (all anyone was talking about on FB was whether or not they had storm chips so it was in my face lol).
Once when I was pregnant with DS1 I was driving and got this intense craving for McDonalds Chicken Nuggets. I was literally in the drivethrough line when I remembered I have Celiac Disease and can't eat them lol. That sucked.

I wouldn’t say I’m having cravings so much as strong preferences for and against things. Sweets and coffee just don’t sound good and I have been turning them down. I have been really liking breakfast burritos lately.

I have been really liking breakfast burritos lately. I hated coffee in first tri which was sad because I love love coffee so much but I had to go from drinking it black to adding honey and almond milk to make it palatable and then I’d just have a few sips to not get a headache and that was good enough. I’m glad I’m over that though! I was reading a article about what to eat in 2nd tri and they mentioned breakfast burritos and it sounded delicious haha so I’ve made for supper a few times and it is super yummy! danib thats funny but sad about not getting your chicken nuggets! Hopefully you found a good gf alternative?!

aries I just got fries, which are safe and yummy, but made me sad because they weren't nuggets lol. Between 3 pregnancies I've only craved like 3 things total (once each pregnancy lol). So it hasn't been bad. I did also cry once because the smoothie machine at Tim Hortons was broken or something. It wasn't a craving per se. We were on a mini-vacation (8 hours drive away) and we're just about to get on the highway. There was a Tim's there and it would be the last one for a few hours. So we decided to stop and get something. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. The lady says they don't have any. So I go "ok I guess Ill just have a mixed berry smoothie then" a little disappointed but fine. She goes "no we don't have ANY smoothies, the machine is down". So I sat there not knowing what to do and DH asked if I just wanted a green tea instead (which I normally enjoy). I said yes. Then as we drove away I took a sip and started to cry because I didn't want it. It was probably the most "pregnant lady" thing I've ever done. So funny to laugh about now (though not at the time).

With DS I really only craved frozen fruit.
With this one, I don't "crave" anything per se but when I think about what I want to eat when I start to feel hungry all I ever want is like a giant greasy cheeseburger. Or something with nacho cheese from Taco Bell, lol. Basically I have to work really hard not to just binge on fast food everyday, and be mindful of what I choose. This baby is working on being a chunker the way it makes me want to eat!

danib haha aw I completely get that! That’s a great story lol ya I’ve had quite a few emotional moments during this pregnancy. I know it’s not rational but in the moment I don’t care because I was really wanting something that didn’t work out. twopeas this pregnancy has been completely different. I was so nauseous and sick in first tri nothing soundsed good except grease and cheese or potatoes or chips 😳. Plus I usually love veggies and they were so not anything I wanted to touch. Thank goodness I’m able to incorporate some veggies back in now but I still am really enjoying cheese haha. I do feel I’m bigger than last time so maybe I’m growing a chunker too lol!

I have never really had cravings but definitely aversions. The saddest one is no interest in ice cream for the first 4+ months. I usually have ice cream on most nights, so this was a significant change for me. I am now happily back on the ice cream train.

DS1 I craved bananas and would occasionally crave something random but it was consistently bananas and pickles.
With DS2 it was Gatorade.
With girly here, nothing repetitive, I get random desires for things, most recently waffles and a pear. But honestly with her, mostly all food just sounds awful.
With all three I want to drink milk, but I become lactose sensitive when pregnant, every time. Interestingly enough, I don’t much care for bananas, Gatorade or milk when not pregnant. Like I’m most likely not going to eat/drink any of them if given a choice.

I’ll have it in my cereal (which is a pregnancy thing too) if I have to but I’ve been mostly sticking with almond milk.

Earlier it was peanut butter. I was eating a lot of pb and banana sandwiches. That kind of stopped though. I’ve been craving fruit and sweets more. I don’t typically care for fruit/sweets much, I’m more of a salt/savory person.
I’ve been eating a lot of cereal also. I don’t know if I do much crave it anymore as it’s become an easy thing to curb the hunger that I worry will turn to nausea.
Oh I went through an ice cream phase too but that’s pretty much done.

My oldest was sensitive to dairy until he was 5, so I’ve tried lactaid and various others. I find them oddly sweet and they just don’t quite hit the spot. I guess cause it tastes like after cereal milk.

It’s one thing to crave it once or so, but anytime I’ve been pregnant long enough, I’ve craved it!

I don't really have intense cravings for anything, but can't stand the aftertaste of sweets. It leaves the worst flavor in my mouth.
I will say that I cried once because we couldn't get a turkey sandwich from my favorite restaurant one Saturday.
