Thanks, guys. I’m really okay. I just need to figure out how to make next cycle different so I don’t lose my mind.

I haven’t peed on anything but I got my bloodwork results back and one of my Antiphospholipid antibody levels was “indeterminate” (it was at a 14 when the normal range is 0-12). My OB was basically like 🤷🏻♀️ and will retest in 12 weeks. I go to the RE on Monday so hopefully that gives me more answers.

Often I hear if OB’s being concerned about something, referring out and then the RE is like nah, this is fine given everything else. So 🤞🏻for you, katespade.

Should have 0-12, so I was just over the clearly negative zone.
But yeah, I feel like there are a couple reasonable strategies (dr google says baby aspirin) and my OB just shrugs it off as bad luck.

No peeing here. I'm trying to decide when/if I should pee on anything before CD28, because I want to. I have mentally decided that maybe CD24-CD25 would be reasonable? Since I have no f-ing clue when/if I ovulated.
Oh, and still sick, but at least getting better.

I woke up super nauseous, I'm really close to puking, but test this morning was negative. I know it's still only 9DPO but I'm starting to feel crazy lol

I’m mostly certain that your RE will take it more seriously. My OB has me on baby aspirin even though my bloodwork came back negative for blood clotting disorders years ago. Until this most recent cycle, baby aspirin and progesterone were the difference in my two losses and two successful pregnancies.

I have had some squinters today I'm hopeful but not lol. I've been nauseous all day and puked once already too. I'm hoping it darkens And I'm not just crazy. I've always told myself if you're having symptoms it would show up on a test so I don't know why I'm making myself crazy 😟

Nope, not darker today. I am done testing until my period is late, or shows up. I'm not sure why I'm nauseous but it's likely not pregnancy.

I’m sorry@beenthere.
Nothing new for me. CD 13 for me with no sign of a fertile window. When I was ovulating on my own after DD was born and I had a paragard, my cycles were over 40 days. So I’ll give it another 10 days then message the doctor if I don’t think anything is happening.
I did feel some cramping the past few days, so I’m hoping the cyst ruptured and is gone.

Sorry to everyone who is sick. I also have a nasty cold. The weather has been awful and it seems like someone at my house is sick every week. Still taking my Estrace. I have a lining check on Monday. Hoping everything looks good to go!

robotsvswrestlers , Like for commiseration. Infertility can be so frustrating. So many decisions to make. So many what ifs. I also have 2 kids, and I worry about what direction I will go if this cycle doesn't work. No need to apologize for venting, it's a lot. Sending hugs and good thoughts your way. Thank you. Luckily my only problem is I have never really ovulated on my own. So theoretically I should be successful with enough medicated cycles to force ovulation. I’m just so terrified I have a lurking issue I don’t know about and I’m wasting my time. I am sending positive thoughts for your FET. Since you know the sex, I assume you had genetic testing and it’s a good looking embryo? Yes, our PGS results were all good for this embryo. Another reason to feel hopeful, but you just never know!

CD 23 here- I tested today... since I don’t know when I O’d it could be wayyyy too early but I was being impatient. BFN. I won’t test again unless AF doesn’t show up.

I noticed this morning a change in my CM and my cervix was a little higher/less hard this morning, so I peed on an OPK. It’s positive.....like obviously positive. H looked and confirmed. I haven’t had a positive opk since doing a clomid cycle 2 kids and over 5 years ago. I’m pleasantly shocked and also kind of don’t believe it. I’m on CD15. H is going out of town Tuesday, so we were going to sex anyway. I hope it works out.
I’m guessing that after a few medicated cycles we got my hormones back on track. I’m going to pee on more things and message my RE tomorrow. I’m hoping she will let me do some bloodwork later this week to confirm ovulation and then start my progesterone.

We saw an RE, and I have mixed feelings about him. He talked at us, didn’t ask any questions or converse with us, and then ordered a shit ton of tests. I’m not happy with how the appointment with, but I’m not sure if my expectations were off? Those of you who have been to an RE, what was your initial experience like?

marigold I would wait until after the bloodwork comes in to make a judgement about the RE and see how he handles that. If I remember correctly, we had a general first appointment. She did ask me a few simple questions, but mostly they need the bloodwork and ultrasound results before really making any judgements.

Yay beenthere! I have my RE appointment today. I’m a little nervous- I chose the large fertility center practice in our area and I’ve come across some terrible reviews of them, so I’m hoping it goes well.

I'm fine with blood work, the U/S is a little annoying since I just had one at my OBGYN last month and the RE has a copy (it's the same practice), the HSG seems unnecessary to me at this point. I feel like that should be done if nothing shows up with blood or U/S. RE wants all testing done now before we meet again though. The more I think about the appointment, the uneasier I feel with the RE.
