Or does this need to go under the recipes section?

I think we should. I don't see a recipes section...so this looks like a good place to me!

There's a thread there re:tagging recipes. I'm not clear on if the tags are working right now but assuming they do in the future, maybe we can tag things with an agreed upon hashtag for healthy recipes?

I'm posting here because I can I'm currently in love with the baked fish packets and everyone in my house eats it too. I do white fish in aluminum foil with some Mrs. dash and lemon pepper with a slice of lemon on top. Also roasted some asparagus

I'm looking for salad suggestions. I've been buying the big thing of mixed greens from Costco and so far have been alternating between topping them with tomatoes and mozzarella or strawberries/blueberries/walnuts. (sometimes with chicken breast) It should be so simple but I'm wondering what other combos everyone likes.

Top with whatever dinner protein we have that makes sense. I've done pulled pork, the taco meat I mentioned above, chicken, roast beef.

I just do a ton of veggies: green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes. Then egg, steak/chicken, a little bit of cheese. Sometimes I add croutons or avocado I do taco salad too sometimes

Strawberry/avocado/bacon/fresh raw peas/pecans (I use straight spinach, I would at least do part spinach) is awesome. You can use turkey bacon to control the calories if needed.

One salad tip I discovered and love is to use your veggie tray for salad toppings. So I will prep shredded carrots, boiled eggs, ham, chicken, cheese, cucumbers, nuts etc, and put them all in the veggie tray in the fridge. Then it is a super easy lunch/supper and everyone can pick their own toppings.
When I do a salad I try to do a meat, a fruit, a nut, and a veggie. It seems to work well!

My favorite salad recipe is arugula topped with sautéed onions, sliced roasted beets, goat cheese and a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar. So good! I also like the bagged broccoli slaw with a ginger dressing on top and some almonds added in.
