MH and I are chatting and after he was nattering about missing home he asked how I was sleeping, is it terrible that I want to tell the truth with 'FANTASTIC! with no one snoring or moving or breathing next to me'
maybe a little harsh? I'm a really good wife....

Hey. S has been playing with her little people all morning. I’ve just been hanging out. One of the exercises the pt had me start yesterday was squats with my legs together or wall sits. The tops of my thighs are sore already and I did like 10 yesterday, she wants me to do like 50 a day. I hope all the sick kiddos are feeling better quickly. inthekitty on approximately what page does the drama start? I looked back. Page 75. What made it even more awkward was it was right in the midst of everyone mourning Kobe. I think her most shocking accusation was that Cher was from LA. Lolz. |

My hair appointment went well. So glad I found a stylist that I like on the first try. I’m planning to go back for color in March.
I also just got the bill for M2’s ENT visit and holy moly. We were there all of 5 minutes with the doc. I can’t believe we pay so much in premiums and still have to pay so much to the doc offices. I sure do miss our insurance in AL where we didn’t have a deductible and we pretty much only paid low copays. Talk about taken for granted.

Like lahdeedah I was following along Sunday b/c of the Kobe news. It was just so over the top ridiculous. What's even funnier is that a few days prior, there was a convo about wealthy people hiring help for things or something and Brux had said she was mistaken for the help at Cher's house. The person that tried to "out" cher came in to say how she would be so offended etc. Like obviously cher is who she says she is since someone was literally just saying they were at her house! So stupid. I haven't seen... the girl hasn't been back, has she? I didn't even catch that it was the same poster. That makes it even better. Lol. Yeah when this all went down I clicked on her to see who the F she was and I saw that was just like a few posts prior. |

Not harsh at all IMO For sure and I'm pretty sure he knows that i sleep better when he's not bothering me, but it's a tricky situation when he's deployed for such a long time, ya know? And even though this isnt a combat deployment it's still a deployment and I think that he's got some PTSD feelings with being away. IDK it's weird. |

Morning. Looooong day at work. Usually when a colleague announces she’s expecting of becoming a grandma (we have nothing in between 😂), I collect some money and buy a little sleep n play or something. But my work friend announced while I was not at work because of the loss & apparently no one stepped up. I feel a little guilty. She’s having her 20 week us next Friday & is turning 30 the next day, so I rallied up some coworkers and bought a something cute for the baby and some pretty amethyst earrings online today to celebrate her birthday and hopefully a good scan.

I’m still at work. But we are winding down. Can’t wait until I get home to bed. Yesterday was crazy socks day at L’s school today is twins day. He is twinning with his friend J. They are wearing Easter shirts they wore last year to the Easter party. Best we could do on short notice. Last twin day Cadence had I just went ahead and bought shirts for 2 of her friends and asked them to wear it. They ended up being the only ones who participated other than office staff. So his twin called out sick today. She told me after he got dressed for school. He didn’t want to change so I let him keep it on. I was too tired to force him into the uniform. |

Long day.
The property appraiser came (in a brand new Range Rover) and was here for all of 12 minutes. (I told DH...*this* is the business we need to be in!) It was a good excuse to clean the house, so at least that's done for a bit. It's really none of my business but I'm so curious as to what this place will appraise for.
I think B overdid it on 'normal' food this afternoon and started feeling bad again. So IDK. I'm hoping he can go to school tomorrow, selfishly--partly b/c he's going to be absent almost the entire first week of March--but I'll keep him home again if needed.
We had chicken tetrazzini leftovers and I didn't eat enough for dinner so now I'm hungry already, lol. Also, my sister sent an apology text so I need to respond to that.

flamingo I missed what happened with your sister. We had a...squabble, I guess you could say. Basically it was one of those situations where she wanted sympathy/hair pats; I did not really read it as a situation where she just wanted to vent, so I was somewhat blunt, which I guess was not what she wanted. Truthfully, my patience was kind of exhausted on the topic. *poof* TL;DR: I'm tired of hearing about the 'problems' that go along with free babysitting. |

Well flamingo I’ve got to say that I’m #TeamFlamingo on this, sorry she’s nattering like a brat. And all for the ‘maybe’ of a second child, seems like she’s borrowing worry and causing disagreements along the way. Hopefully you get it sorted out but no shame in formulating a response for say, tomorrow. |

flamingo I'd be annoyed too. You should mention that they sure will be busy since you will be back soon too and your kids are probably easier since they are older😉. My sis whines and whines about her ILs and mh and I cannot take it. They spoil the kids rotten, while watch them for extended periods of time (recently 10 days while they were overseas) and take them on trips. Our parents can't/won't babysit and my MIL can help but can't do all 3 solo. And we are writing my MIL a check for all her childcare shes been doing for k.

Trying not to jinx it, but the director emailed (2 hours after she said she'd call) that k can start on Monday! Of course now I'm sad since she is spoiled being home, but I'm so relieved.
