Out of curiosity, what is your primary news source and if relevant, why?

Hate to say, but Twitter and this place. It's what I have easiest access to during the day. CNN's probably third.

typically CNN because the app works best.
I'm currently watching msnbc thru my dishanywhere app but that doesn't always work best. I will watch c-span on their website if its not on news channels

I’m almost strictly NPR. I try to go for less news commentary. I do find that I end up late to some of the more juicy stories though.
In high school I used to skip class to watch Congress live on CSPAN. I had no idea it was considered more right wing and loved watching the process unfold. Also I wanted to attend a bougie liberal arts college on the east coast and major in political science and work in politics. Then I realized poor kids don’t go to those colleges for myriad reasons and life happened. Which turned out anyway because I love using policy as a nurse advocate. Digression.

This place, lol.
We have youtubetv at home so it's either CNN or Fox there, so CNN. When I listen in the car it's MSNBC. Sometimes C-span.
Twitter, but I take it with a grain of salt.

At first I read this as you do watching Fox and thought damn girl. You braveheart. Goodness, no. Every now and then I get curious how they're covering something that is big and happening at the moment and will take about 30 seconds to look at their head banners. Then I get the rage and go back to not Fox news because they are the WORST.

It’s always such a shock but I think important to see what they’re telling people.

The Washington Post, Politico, The New York Times, C-SPAN, Crooked Media, Axios, and Twitter, in that order. I listen to Rachel Maddow in podcast form and sometimes listen to Deadline: White House while I'm cooking, if my children will let me hear it. And I hate watch the Sunday shows.

I prefer to read instead of watch (except when it comes to a hearings and the like- then I'll watch cspan). So a lot of WaPo, NY Times (when they aren't making me mad), Politico, Axios, NPR, this place. Twitter if I'm in the mood to deal with the garbage people. I also occasionally check the Fox news headlines when something big is going on, so I can see what info my parents are getting and can prep myself to keep them informed of actual truth.

I listen to NPR during my drive to and from work. I also listen to the NPR politics podcast.
CNN and MSNBC at night.
Our local paper for local goings on.

Washington Post is my favorite. Followed by NPR and The New Yorker. I used to be a NYT fan, but broke up with them a few years back.
I also listen to a lot of current events and politics podcasts. Crooked Media is my favorite, entertainment wise, and I am a big PSA fan.
I don't watch any news.

I get most my news from you fine folks.
I see the headlines on my internet browser and sometimes click through, but I don't have the stomach for most of it.

Usually here, cnn, wa post, and pbs (if I don’t have to put on pbs kids)
ETA: after seeing DC’s post, I forgot all of my podcasts: The Daily, The argument, PSA, Rachel Maddow, and the daily show for a humorous take

They have different anchors and it just doesn't seem to be as comprehensive on world news as other channels. Also the one show I think I'd enjoy is at 1am with Anderson Cooper.

WaPo, google news, this place, and Twitter. I read lots of articles from other publications, but don’t read the pubs in full the way I do the WaPo.
ETA: Actually, I probably get most of it from WAMU first.

I tend to start here & Twitter, and then follow links to news articles (Politico, NYTimes, WaPo) from there. I've spent a lot of time on my Twitter feed, making sure to only follow people I consider good, credible sources for political stuff (well and some others just to see what they're saying), as well as a lot of elected officials. Chris Murphy is doing daily behind the scenes of the trial thread that are great. I refuse to follow the White House, Trump, Press Sec etc. but I see retweets.
I haaaaate the CNN app on my phone. There are a million links and I am constantly accidentally clicking on them and being taken elsewhere. Hate.
Also, podcasts. PSA and their What a Day pod, plus The Wilderness, Rubicon, and Campaign HQ.
Oh and I love Crooked's What a Day nightly email.
