Weeks/Due Date - 17w1d, 6/28
Symptoms - pelvic pain has already started, headaches
The Good - I think I’ve started to feel baby move. It’s really subtle though so I have to concentrate to feel it.
The Bad - if my pelvic issues are already starting, it’s going to be a long 5 more months.
Milestones/Appointments - nothing this week
To Do List - nothing pressing that I can think of off the top of my head

I hope everyone who has today off is having a good 3-day weekend!
Weeks/due date - 20 weeks tomorrow/June 9
Symptoms - not much
Good/bad - not much here either. Had a great little overnight trip with DD but it would have been nice to be able to drink the free alcohol (the hotel gave us lounge access) or go in the jacuzzi
Milestones/appts - two more weeks till fetal echo and follow up anatomy scan. Excited to be halfway.
To do - I found my fave maternity work skirt but still have a couple of bags of maternity clothes to go through. I’ve realized I have way too many pairs of stretchy black maternity pants!

Weeks/Due Date - 20w2d
Symptoms - occasional random vomiting (like once a week - ish) and super weak bladder.
The Good - feeling daily movement, and roughly 6-7 weeks until I go off work.
The Bad - We're on day 4 of State of Emergency in my city. It isn't being lifted tomorrow either so my Fetal Echo is cancelled and likely won't be rescheduled because the SOE probably won't be lifted until the end of the week (and my next Echo is next Tuesday anyway). I'm going absolutely stir-crazy and getting low on patience.
Milestones/Appointments - cancelled Echo tomorrow, next one in a week.
To Do List - umm.... Get through the week?

Weeks/Due Date - 21 weeks/May 30
Symptoms - Not too many right now. If I do too much my belly gets tight, but it goes away if I slow down and drink water.
The Good - Not too many symptoms right now.
The Bad - I have this really itchy rash all over both my legs that is driving me crazy. I'm not sure what's causing it or if it's pregnancy related. My OB's office told me to take Benadryl and use Calamine lotion when I called last week. I'm also trying to get into my dermatologist's office so I can try to get an answer.
Milestones/Appointments - Had a good anatomy scan last week, so my next appointment isn't until mid-February.
To Do List - DH painted DD's old room this weekend and I cleaned the carpet today since I had the day off. Now we can move DS in there (hopefully this weekend) and do it all again in his old room (less painting though, thankfully).
We also need to start thinking about a car seat.

Weeks/Due Date - 17w/June 30
Symptoms - exhaustion, still occasional nausea and lack of appetitie
The Good - I think I'm feeling some movement, but sometimes it's hard to tell
The Bad - found out baby has the blood type we did NOT want it to have, which means everything else will be very complicated and I'm going to have to fight like hell for this baby to survive
Milestones/Appointments - another appointment Friday
To Do List - I don't even know at this point.

I'm sorry for the news fikafairy. What does this mean for the rest of your pregnancy?

I'm sorry for the news fikafairy . What does this mean for the rest of your pregnancy? Monitoring weekly, continuing these infusions that make me feel like crap, and then likely having to have several in-utero blood transfusions to baby. Which is how our DD passed away in 2016, so I'm not in a good headspace right now. Edit: also a new goal for delivery now is probably 32-35 weeks, instead of a scheduled c-section at 37 weeks.

fikafairy I liked your post to acknowledge I read it - but I’m so sorry about your news on the blood type. I’m so sorry you received that news. Have there been any advances in treatment since your loss?

fikafairy I liked your post to acknowledge I read it - but I’m so sorry about your news on the blood type. I’m so sorry you received that news. Have there been any advances in treatment since your loss? The only advancement has been a clinical trial that I didn't qualify for, because the original anemia had to have been diagnosed before 24 weeks to participate in the trial. DD became anemic at 25 weeks, with transfusions at 26 and 27w, with the second one going poorly. These infusions are new for this pregnancy since you don't qualify for having them covered unless you've had a loss (WTF health insurance?!), and most of the other moms I've connected with have had success this way, but it's still completely nerve-wracking.

Weeks/Due Date - 26w, twins eviction date c/s April 16
Symptoms - BH contractions, pelvic pain, lightning crotch, fatigue
The Good - babies still moving a lot, nothing unusual really.
The Bad - I failed my one hour GT last week so I have my 3 hour tomorrow. I'm hoping its fine. As mentioned above, I'm experiencing lightning crotch and lots of pelvic pain already. But they measured me at my appt last week and I'm measuring at 8 months pregnant while only 6 months pregnant so that explains a lot of the aches and pains. Wheee twin pregnancy! lol.
Milestones/Appointments - 3 hr GT tomorrow.
To Do List - Nursery painting will be done this weekend and we can finally put it together.

Weeks/Due Date - 20+4, June 5
Symptoms - intermittent headaches but they are getting less frequent
The Good - I finally feel like I’ve got the second tri burst of energy in the last week. It’s nice to feel good and have productive days again!
The Bad - I have been getting a lot of pelvic pressure if I stand too long. TMI but I get pelvic varicose veins in pregnancy.
Milestones/Appointments - Appointment and repeat anatomy scan Friday. Hopefully baby cooperates this time.
To Do List - Continue cleaning out the spare room to remodel it for DD1. I’ve made a lot of progress on that this week. I have Salvation Army coming Thursday to pick up 10+bags and boxes of stuff we are getting rid of. It feels so good to get rid of it!

I'm sorry about the bad news, fikafairy. I think I might have not been around when you first talked about the bloodwork -- is the issue that you are RH negative and the baby is positive? Or is it more complex than that? Feel free to not answer if it is too personal.

It’s the Kell antigen, which no one tests for unless they have a problem (like me) and there’s no shot like Rhogam to prevent it.

At least we found out that the genetics looks fine. It’s a boy!
Which is a different layer of grief for us, because it’s unlikely we will have any more children after this.

For the past 2 days my pelvis pain has been bad. Like I can feel the separation in my pubic bone. I think I’m going to ask my OB for a referral to PT. I borrowed my support belt to a friend when she was pregnant so I need to get that back too.

If you have a woven wrap you can wrap your belly for extra support (there are videos on YouTube how to do it properly). Probably not as good as an actual support belt, but could hold you over until you get yours back. I had to do it in 3rd tri with DS2.

I just have a stretchy solly wrap, but maybe my ring sling could work. I think it’s cotton or something, I’ll have to dig it out.

Stretchy wrap *may* but I'm not positive.

I passed my 3 hour GT with flying colors this morning so that makes me very happy. Never have to drink that shit again and one less thing to worry about.

I got a referral and an appt scheduled for PT on Monday. Until then I plan on taking it easy and icing.
