I don't remember how I first found TB. I was also a member of another site's now defunct message board (the vibe there was much different in terms of no where near the bitchiness, but almost too nice because no one would call out the crazy either). I joined when I TTC with M. I wasn't nearly as active with my first BMB but we still exist on FB and support each other when needed. I was also mostly ignored in the beginning because I was not a cool kid. I took a short break after C was first born because someone said something cunty (I don't recall) and I was super annoyed and peaced out for a few months. When I returned when the babies were about 3 months some of the bitches had left.

Don’t remember that either. At what point did that happen. After the babies were born?
ETA: well duh, after they were born cuz N14.🤦🏽♀️ I shouldn’t post after 9pm apparently. Mush brain.

So I just jumped over to that mega thread and I’m reading about a N13 advice thread to N14 that had some drama. Don’t remember that either. At what point did that happen. After the babies were born? ETA: well duh, after they were born cuz N14.🤦🏽♀️ I shouldn’t post after 9pm apparently. Mush brain. It was after they would have gotten their BFPs and started their board. It was meant to be a lighthearted thing. I thought it was kind of stupid, but also didn't think it came close to warranting the attention of Parenting going nuclear on us (I mean, there was plenty of cunty bx to focus on for that and they did go after Alexis appropriately). I love the irony that they tried to tear apart N13 and we're one of the only BMBs still standing, just not the crazies they went after. |

I don't remember alexis, probably before my time. I do remember a lot of the posts on the N14 board were from Amber. I don't think there were BFPs from the N14s yet, wasn't that the first post on their BMB? I could be misremembering. That was a long time ago.

Alexis was the one that was in the military and went after tilapia hardcore. She came back a little later under an AE that didn’t last long because all of the OGs know it was her. |

I do think often how ironic it is that we’re one of the last BMB’s that is very active on a board, followed each other to various little corners of the internet, are friends and a valuable support system. Since this has always been the norm for us it makes me think what did we do any differently from the others, that we’re still together.
I don’t know if I’m making sense, I’m pretty sure 72% of my body is frozen at the moment.

I mean, that welcome thread to N14 was cheesy, but all the attention they brought to it and acting like what N13 did was horrible was basically post-policing. There were without a doubt a lot of bitches on the original N13, but that's the same with all boards (including Parenting at the time, whoa, like maybe manage your own house before worrying about what goes on in others). Eventually the bitches crawled into other holes of the internet and what remained was some super awesome ladies. Amberrr was...weird and immature. Alexis was a no-skittles-for-the-poor bitch. I remember there was the super weird dynamic where Parenting welcomed Tilapia with open arms and she posted with them briefly before ghosting. |

The Becca situation was in full swing when I first found the N13 board. I remember reading it, but having not posted much, I wasn't comfortable commenting on any posts. I reached out to her via PM to see if she needed someone to talk to. She was very overwhelmed with two young kids at her age and a husband that wasn't fully supportive. But otherwise, she was good and her boys were safe. I haven't heard from her in years. I think we communicated for maybe 6 months. |

So I hadn't read any of the mega thread, but wanted to procrastinate actual work and am about 30 pgs in. I was glad they didn't belabor over the N13/N14 thing and Cher confirmed her stance that it was extra on both sides. But I had to lol at the mention of Missy (of DickPicGate) and PackerFan (fake vet). They always get brought up in these threads and they were both from my O11 BMB. There was a big falling out over the Missy shit because she was shady. People often bring up CrystalBaby/SweatPantsWood when reminiscing and she is also from O11. I like her and she has a kind heart. She's also hilarious and savage. She had the best Christmas card I've ever seen this year.
