Someone viewed our house this morning. So I'm on pins and needles waiting to see if they will make an offer. I really need my house to be sold. Also I'm exhausted from scrubbing said house from top to bottom yesterday getting it ready.

danib are you waiting to look for a new house until after this sells? I can’t imagine keeping my house show ready while with 2 kids, props to you! And I think YH is working now too! Amazing.

I just went and visited a friend who has 4 month old twins. They were adorable and fun and it didn’t make me cringe thinking about what’s coming up very soon! Haha.
Otherwise, we are getting like 100 inches of rain today so we’re staying inside and dry.

I feel like this baby grew overnight. This morning I was feeling crazy moves in there. And I feel like I even felt a couple from the outside. So now I’ve been mostly laying down all day trying to feel more, lol.

We have a conditional offer on another house, so ours really needs to sell before it expires. And yes, DH has been away for 6 of the 9 weeks that our house has been listed (he comes home Tuesday).

That’s tough! When does the offer expire? In like 2 weeks. I'm hoping they will agree to an extension, since they were listed for quite a while with no other offers anyway.

Oh man, good luck with the house situation danib! A contingency is how we got our current house, and it was so stressful; we had 2 offers on our old house fall through until the third one finally stuck. The contingency expired and we had to press for an extension... I wouldn't want to do it again, that's for sure. Good luck again!

Hey. Last night after supper I went over to my friend’s new house to help them unpack. I ended up staying pretty late so today was pretty lazy. I have had a headache all day which is no bueno. This evening the ILs invited us over to eat supper and, unbeknownst to me, watch the football game. I don’t have any desire to watch it so I was not impressed.

Good luck danib! DH and DD do the father daughter camping club through theYMCA and there was a campout this weekend but they decided to skip this one, so we ended up with an pretty open weekend, which is nice. We just got back from playing at the beach and exploring the tide pools. Low tide was an hour before sunset so perfect timing. The low tide is super low right now so tons of rocks were exposed and you can see all the little sea anemones and stuff. The kids are trying to get me to take them to legoland tomorrow. I may do it for a few hours - it’s 20 min away and we have passes. We’ll probably go from like 10-1 and be home for DS2’s nap.

Remind me I said this in 15 or so weeks when said movement is super painful...

I found out Friday that I officially have GD. I failed 2 of my draws for the 3 hour glucose test. I made a joke about my kids being naturally sweet when the nurse called (I had GD with DD as well). But as soon as I hung up I cried for about 2 hours. I know it’s not the end of the world, it’s just a lot of pressure. My finger tips were almost numb by the end of my pregnancy with DD. I’m not looking forward to all of this testing, and charting and forced eating. 😐

I'm sorry ttcbabyj. Pregnancy is stressful enough, any added thing is such a pain.

We are having a lazy day at home. DH and H seem to have caught what I’ve had for the last week. I really hope I’m over it soon because it’s getting real annoying. I picked up hair dye at Sally’s yesterday so I’ll probably do that later today, gotta get rid of these dang grays.

I’m on metformin for insulin resistant PCOS so they are doing extra/early GD testing, my first test is Tuesday and I’m really nervous. I’m really sorry.

Thank you for the support guys! Today wasn’t so bad. Only high number was the fasting test, but I didn’t eat another late night snack so I know why that number was a little high. 23 more weeks to go.

I bought my first box of diapers today (for this baby)!
I’m not typically this ahead, in fact, nothing else is ready for this baby, but there was a super sale. AND, it rung up wrong at the register and this store has a policy that if it runs up wrong you get it free or up to $10 off! So the $25 box of diapers came to $5. I felt like a winner.

She said the metformin can mask the GD. And if my numbers were too high after the 3 hour glucose test then they prescribe insulin and not metformin. This is the same thing they did when I was pregnant with DD, except that time the MFM wanted me to stop after the first trimester.

Well second but the other didn’t make it.

They were admit about me staying on it during the first trimester to decrease my risk of miscarrying.
