C has been waking up ridiculously early the past two weeks. Today it was 4:30 am! I’m going to push his bedtime back and try that for a bit to see if it helps. I’m curious what time your N13s go to bed and what time they wake up.

S goes to bed between 6:30pm and 7:30pm. The latter is bedtime technically...but she often falls asleep earlier on the couch. She wakes around 5:15-5:30 most days. But sometimes wakes at 4:30 or as late as 6. I’ve tried changing up her bedtime so she would sleep later but that doesn’t seem to work for her.

Bedtime is 8:40. Sometimes a little later if we are reading a good book or something. He almost always falls asleep right away.
Wake up is anywhere from 6:15 - 7:30 but most often somewhere between 6:30-7. Even when we stay up super late, I can’t remember the last time he slept past 8.
We don’t leave the house for school till 8:10 so I have tried everything to get him to regularly sleep past 7. But he just doesn’t
B on the other hand... kid could stay in bed till 9 most mornings if I let him!

M is usually asleep between 8:3-8:45. I have to wake her up for school at 6:30. On the weekends she’s usually up before 7.

Weekdays bedtime is between 7 and 7:30. Wakeup is between 6 and 6:30, depends on if I have to get her out the door or if a grandma is coming by to take her to school.
Weekends we let her stay up later, generally 9pm is the latest, unless it's a special occasion, like a holiday, then shes up til she says she is tired. She usually wakes around 7 on weekend.

Bedtime is 9 for us, but he probably doesn’t fall asleep until 930. We wake him between 630-640 for school.

Most nights they're in bed by 8 and asleep by 8:15. Sometimes it's as late as 9 if we get busy doing something. M wakes at 7 on the dot no matter what time he goes to sleep. J is anywhere between 7-8 and doesn't seem to matter what time he went to bed. Its random.

Bedtime starts at 8 and melatonin induced sleep usually occurs within 30 minutes of that. Mh wakes her up at 6:30 during the week for school. Weekends she falls asleep between 9/930 and wakes between 730/8.

T goes to bed between 7:30 and 8. He’s usually my first kid awake around 6:30 but maybe once a week he’s still sleeping when I leave at 7. I have to sneak C out of the room by 6:50 because he leaves with me for the sitter and that usually wakes up T.

Bedtime is 8, but DH seems to think that’s when they need to start getting ready for bed so most times it’s 8:30. H sometimes falls asleep quickly but other times she’s still up at 9:30/10. Super annoying. She wakes up before I do, probably 6:30, but sometimes DH has to wake her up at 7.

B is in bed at night at 7:30, then we read a book or two. I’d say he’s asleep most nights before 8, and wakes up naturally b/n 6:45-7:15 am.

All the kids are in bed at 7:30.
I lie with X for a few minutes to tell stories and rub his back, sing, then give my kisses and hugs to him and Dude and exit their room by 7:45. No telling how long it takes them to fall asleep but I would guess they’re both out by 8:30.
They get up anytime between 6-7.

Our bedtime routine usually starts around 06.15, dance off, bath time, stories & then songs. Both kids are in bed & most times asleep by 07-07.30. There up between 06.30-07.30, but mostly around 7. Dd hardly naps anymore.

Not to hijack, but are any of the N13s still napping? Dude quit napping at around 3.5. I feel X is on the same trajectory.

Not to hijack, but are any of the N13s still napping? S does about 2-3 days a week. But usually only for about 30 -45 minutes.

I do make them have quite time in their beds if they are being to wild and I need a break. Jack will sometimes fall asleep but not often. They both gave up naps this past August.

B lasted about 2 months longer then S but hasn't napped at home since November. He still naps about half the time at day care klong11

No one naps here. Both of them stopped right around 2. We go upstairs between 620 and 630 during the week. They’re asleep by 645 (periodically, Charlie will play with his stuffed animals ’til 7). I wake them both up around 6:55. Again, randomly, Charlie will wake up closer to 640ish. The weekends end up about 7 for bedtime and they tend to wake up between 7 and 730.

Not to hijack, but are any of the N13s still napping? Nope, aside from the occasional car nap, non in over 2.5 years.

God, I miss naps. I was just thinking about that last night. That hour or two of quiet time during the day.
I wish someone would tell me to go take a nap every day!

Part of it is b/c I didn't sleep great last night, but I was dozing off today around 2. C was not amenable, unfortunately. FFThC: On days DH is home in the afternoons, often I will go to our room for a bit and take an hour-long nap. It's lovely.

Not to hijack, but are any of the N13s still napping? Occasionally I will make her take a nap if she’s crabby but no, not on a regular basis. Sometimes she will fall asleep on the 20 minute drive to dance but not always.

Bedtime is around 700 if I can get them picked up at a decent time. Wake up time is around 0630 but he usually gets up before then and plays quietly in his room.
He has a nap time. Sometimes he takes a nap sometimes he just lies there quietly. It’s up to him.
We have a Mella that “goes to sleep” and has different colors to let L know if he can play quietly in his room (yellow) and when he can come and get us. It’s helped. No more 4am wake ups for me. So from 600-630 it’s yellow and at 630 it turns green. I just wish it had a weekend mode so I could have him play quietly until 700/730 but oh well.
