I'm at work. M had no problem getting ready this morning so that was nice. Apparently H was very grumpy and said his mouth hurt. Not sure if it's molars or if he has parotitis again. I'll check when I get home.

Good morning! Everyone’s off to work or school today, and I was going to drop donations off at the thrift store, but it doesn’t open until 10 so I came home to clean out my closet again and I now have another two bags of clothing to drop off.
Does anyone use Fetch Rewards? I just started over the weekend because the majority of our money goes to grocery shopping. So easy, and I’m already well on my way to a reward. If anybody wants to try it I’d be happy to send you my referral code.

Morning ladies! Back at work. Our system is still down until inventory is complete, which means I can't do much. So I'm bored. I feel like I should have been able to stay home until this was all complete. guster what is Fetch Rewards? I haven't heard of that.

Morning. First day back to school here, ds was such a happy camper seeing his friends and his teacher again. I still just don’t feel well, part of it is probably hormones, but part of it is also mentally. I don’t feel like myself, I’m snappy, tired, cry to easily. I gained close to 5lbs in the last 5-6 weeks (I’m an emotional eater) so I need to get myself in to gear and do something about it. I got a fridge full of veggies, chicken, fish and fruit. Hopefully this will help at least a little.

Morning! I dropped S off at school this morning and went home to continue binge-ing (?) This is us. I’m on the last episode of season 2. Then MH called and asked me to take his ATV to the shop. So my first glorious morning to myself in 2 weeks is now over. Because I have to pick S up from school soon to take her to the doctor for a rash/breakout issue on her cheeks that’s been going on forever.

Most of the time I only get 25 pts per receipt but if we buy lunchables I'll get more.

mwhip I'm not guster, but you just take a pic of your receipts. Some items will get you lots of points, like right now if I bought dove body wash I'd get 1250 points. If I don't buy any eligible items, it's just 25 points. Then you turn your points into gift cards.

mwhip, Basically, you take a picture of your receipt from any store that sells food (any grocery chain, any pharmacy, any convenient store, any gas station). And they assign points based on what you’ve purchased. Aldi seems to be the lowest number of points mainly because it’s not brand name but I still made close to 100 (100 Not 1000) points by just taking a picture from my haul on Friday. You redeem your points or anything from restaurants to hotels to retail. I guess it’s a lot like Ibotta but you don’t have to scan the individual barcodes.

Don't forget to download the boxtops app. All you do is take pictures of the receipts and the app does the rest. You can even tell it what class and student the points are from. They no longer do tangible box tops on things, only scanned ones.

You used to have to cut them all out and give them to the school and sometimes they would even have contests to see which classrooms brought in the most. Now you just scan your receipts rather than cutting them out. You personally don't receive anything, but the school gets money.

Sounds kind of like the Receipt Hog app I use, although I haven't really figured out how I earn point on it...takes forever! But since I'm already scanning receipts, what's another app that makes me money? Send me the code and I'll do it!

That one you have to buy specific products, but I've made quite a bit off of it just from stuff we already purchase. Plus, they have an "any item" category, so you can buy any brand of certain things and it will count. Heck, just going to the store and scanning your receipt gets you 10-25 cents each time. It adds up quick.

I stopped doing ibotta because of that reason.

I found myself buying products that I wouldn't normally buy, just to get the money, which didn't make sense to me. I'm trying to shop at Aldi more to save some money, and nothing at Aldi is on ibotta.

I also use dosh. That one is the best because you just link a credit or debit card and you get points for shopping at stores. It does all the work for you.
If anyone is interested, I'll send you my code.

Did the name change? Some app that got you points just for walking in the store and more points based off things you buy. ETA: I think it was ibotta.

Morning.
M2 had an ENT appt to check his tubes. The left one is out, but still in the ear canal and the right one is starting to turn, so he expects it to be out when we go again in 6 months. Hopefully this will be the only set he needs if he does well after they are out. Fingers crossed. Don’t think I want to have to do tubes on our current insurance. I don’t even want to think about what that would cost me.
I’m at work. It’s slow. I need to make some stops after work. Yay. {sarcasm}

The right one is either behind his eardrum or it fell out. I know during this last EI i could only see the left half of the tube because the other side was covered up. I couldn't tell whether it was fluid or if the eardrum had was covering it.

Morning. S was not delightful this morning. We had struggles picking out clothes, getting dressed, getting in the car, etc. I am glad she’s at school now though. I have spent my morning picking up, putting away laundry and now I’m watching schitt’s creek, which is my new favorite. I’m towards the end of season 2 and found out we have the pop tv channel so I’ll be able to binge season 6 when I’m done watching everything on Netflix. I’m also super stoked for bachelor to start tonight.

This past Christmas I wasn't as obsessive about it.

I do Ibotta occasionally when I remember. I’m not good at remembering to use any of those apps except Rakuten.

Morning.
The morning was not to bad, the kids were good and J ran into daycare as soon as we got there, B was a little less excited and I think that he is becoming less and less happy about the OSC but he's only there 3 hours a day and this will be the child care situation until J is in grade 1, then I'll look for something else.
Just at work and making a workout plan, I am thiiiiiiiisssss close to signing up for beachbody, the workouts look good.
