2.25 miles yesterday and 3.25 today, both peloton runs. I also did a strength for runners workout that felt super good on my things and hips

Easy 17km this morning. This was my longest run since my HM last September and it went ok.

I ended up doing 4 miles on the trail on Friday. Since then it's been neighborhood runs 1.25, 3, and 2.5. This morning I tested out running to the gym to do a little strength work and running back. It went really well, except the gym was really busy? And people looked at me like I was a little nuts for wearing a mask? Or maybe b/c I was a little wet (it was raining)? Who knows, idc, I got my workout in.

cnf, the great land of Georgia. Gov. Kemp let things like salons and gyms open earlier this month. I've held off until this morning (even though they do a nightly decon thing and check temps of everyone upon entry), but mh has gone and saw that the staff there are monitoring the floor via security cams and swoop in to clean the equipment b/w users. He also said it's been really slow when he's gone, so idk what to believe

That's a luxury that is not in my future for a very long time, mostly because children, but also pandemic, I guess.

I mean, I'm not really disappointed that I went, but I'm not sure when I'll go back. On one hand, they've been open for a couple of weeks and it seems to be going ok, but on the other hand I was hoping that going early would mean less people and the gym would be at its "cleanest." I think I did my best to keep myself/my family safe (handwashing and sanitizing before leaving the gym, showering as soon as I got home), but since like everything is basically open now and people are dumb, I also can't help but think that another rise in covid is going to hit GA soon.

Uhhhh... If you wander over to the politics board and check out some more recent, like last couple of days, post on the covid thread there, there's a bunch of info coming out about GA lying about their current numbers. Not to be a downer 😕 I'm serious though,I would kill for an hour in the gym. Sigh.

I did a 3 mile, 30 minute hill endurance peloton yesterday. My pelvic joints are hurting something fierce so I muscled through 2 miles on the tread this morning instead of the longer outdoor run I had hoped to get in. Maybe tomorrow.

2.5 rough outdoor miles. Music didn’t want to work and neither did my legs. Hurting from stair climbs the other day.

Racked up some good miles over the last few days, all around the neighborhood.
For one of them, LO wanted to go out for a scooter ride but it was the worst! We did a mile the day before, no problem- she could have gone farther (she usually does). That second time she wanted to stop every 20 ft to rest and was just overall cranky, so I only got in .6 on that attempt. Ended up going out later to finish the day with 3 miles.

Tomorrow should be my one year streak mark, but I missed those two days and I'm still salty about it. I'm going to finish streaking through May then start cycling in one to two non-running days a week.
I did a 30 minute peleton pick up run yesterday for 3.25 miles and I suffered through 3+ish miles of run walk intervals outside this morning.
I'm tired.

A sticky 2 miles. Omg, so much sweat. I might have to start getting up super early to get my run in.

Anyone here make use of regular sports massages? I wish! I can't wait for this pandemic to be over so I can go get a hot stone massage and let someone else beat the tightness out of my poor legs.

While unfortunately all the rain we're getting means the trails will probably be closed for a while, I did have a really good road run in the rain yesterday.
