Lots of different kinds of chicken salad, sandwiches, soups and sides. I like it b/c it's fresh and feels healthier than fast food if you just need a quick bite. It's mostly in the south, although they've expanded a bit northward. www.chickensaladchick.com/our-food/Maybe you should start a franchise! I don’t know that I’m that into chicken salad. And this may be blasphemy to you, but I’ve never had pimento cheese. I don’t even know where I could find it here. I don’t even know what pimento cheese is 🤔?

I emailed the principal and he called me and said he's worked with the principal of the middle school and all involved students have been disciplined appropriately and he made it clear that they should not be interacting with elementary kids. He said he reviewed playground aide rotation and said he thinks it happened when the aides were rotating or something. I'm not sure what else I can do really, but glad he called and seemed to be taking it seriously. I talked to another mom and her son had the same story and he had a pretty bad bruise even😔.

I don’t even know what pimento cheese is 🤔? It can be a dip or spread. There's a few different versions but it's usually cheddar cheese, pimento peppers, cream cheese &/or mayonnaise with a few seasonings added in.

And every time they come visit they bring stuff to make pimento cheese. They will dip it with chips or make like a grilled pimento cheese sandwich. I don’t care for it.

I think the best store-bought Pimento cheese is Palmetto Brand, if you were looking to try it. Everywhere here carries it but it’s harder to find elsewhere. In Maine we found it at WalMart, so it’s starting to spread. nam2013 it’s a cheese spread made with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, and various seasonings. Big here in the south. Some people eat it on sandwiches, I usually eat it on crackers or similar. My kids love it, too—if I buy a container it’s gone in a matter of a day or so. ETA: I see tgrimes beat me to it

Found out my last day of work will be Dec 21. And I won’t go back till March 15. I need to get my butt in gear to wrap up a few things at work in the next few weeks.
I also got the high school girl that has helped in the past to babysit Sierra after school for the next few weeks. Then I will have a few months to figure out the next plan for when I go back to work.
We are adding outpatient speech to Sierra’s schedule. She already gets it at school but now we will do it out of school too. So tonight she is getting her evaluation. Then after that she has OT.

Do you just use club crackers? I’m curious to try it.

I haven’t found a store brand I’ve liked yet after having CSC. My mom used to get palmetto brand I think, and I used to eat it.

Clean bill of health for both girls at the dentist. Now I’m sitting in the parking ramp waiting for the last minute to go inside. I would rather be sleeping but I’ll survive.

Hi, nam2013! Looks like I have missed a lot the last week!!! I’m going to try to get caught up. Everything is okay here. Poppy and Dude have a stomach big, X is having kind of a big regression, my dishwasher broke, and we had family staying with us. Never a dull moment!

A house a couple doors down from us burned down today. 12 pets perished, but no people were harmed. The woman that lives there fostered animals and took care of some of the feral communities here. I feel so bad for them. The neighborhood is setting something up to help them out.

So I assume a cigarette was discarded and it caught fire, but I'm not positive.
It was the house right next to our neighbors, so only 2 doors down. Had the firetruck not arrived as quickly as it did, it could have spread to our house. It's mindblowing.
I was telling Cadence about it this morning and she asked how it burned down and I told her and she said, "so like second hand smoke?" LOL

I've been terrified of housefires since I was little. I'm not sure why, but my parents couldn't buy a 2 story house when we moved to TX when I was 5 because I was scared I wouldn't be able to get out of the house if a fire ever broke out. Was anyone home when it happened? Did their alarm detect the smoke alarms & contact the fire department? Did a neighbor call? I have so many questions.

When MH and I were long distance dating, I lived in a 2 story townhouse. Every time I would go visit him, when I would drive home I would start imagining that my house had burned down while I was gone and no one could get in touch with me. I would picture the fire trucks there as I pulled in, etc. I would always breathe a sigh of relief when I would pull into the complex and see no firetrucks.

Granted, I got home after dark yesterday, but I didn't even notice it. It started on the back patio, so the entire back of the house is gone, but the front facade is still there, and so is the garage. Then it spread to the fence and electrical pole.
It was 3 dogs and 7 cats, with 3 cats missing yesterday, but I guess they found them and changed the cat count to 10. Going back through the Nextdoor app I have now seen pictures of her, her teenage son, and some of the cats. Its so sad. I've messaged her on Nextdoor(though I'm sure that's the last thing she will be looking at) to see if she needs help with any of the feral communities, making sure they are fed, watered, etc.
