We had a nice day yesterday — too much food (and I didn’t like the brussel sprouts recipe I made).
We watched anhour of Noelle on Disney+ (a major accomplishment for Josie and her movie phobia — she only cried twice)
Today I watching the online sales and trying to watch more holiday movies!

Hi girls. TW*****************loss mentioned Remember a few weeks back when I thought my period started? Well it didn’t inthekitty was right to say she only had spotting when she was pregnant. One day later I took a test and it was a BFP. We where elated. FF one week and I started spotting again, nothing major, just scary. According to my midwife this could a be very normal, but she offered to do an early U/S. FF another week and I started bleeding more and more. No cramping, but I knew it wasn’t right. We had an U/S yesterday which confirmed that I had a miscarriage. Physically I’m okay, I’ve got of easy. Mentally I’m a little broken. ETA PDQ PS sorry to bring down the daily. I just needed to tell you girls 😕. |

Good morning. I just ordered my first Christmas gift, a Solo Stove for DH. It’s $125 off today. I think I’m going to take the kids to the aquarium then grab lunch then put C down for a nap and close up the house and head home. It’s a bit creepy out here with no one around and I don’t have much food so I’d have to grocery shop.

Hi! Didn’t get a chance to post yesterday but I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving! Ours was nice - we hosted but it was small, 11 people in total and everyone was gone by 8.
Now I’m sitting at the dr w B whose cough has progressed and he was up all night the past 2 nights coughing.
It’s now 6 weeks coughing. When we were here last week when he was sick they said his lungs were clear (even though he was still coughing) but it sure doesn’t sound like it now. My friend who is an NP was over for thanksgiving and she thinks he has pneumonia

Hi all,
This week is doing me in, I'm exhausted! Yesterday worked out but we have such Hodge podge grandparents..within an hour of my FIL and my mom being here mh texted me that we are never doing this again😂. My dad and SM were a welcome distraction and actually helpful. J had a nice bday I think and loved all his presents. Mh made the turkey and I was terrified it wasn't cooked all the way, but no reports of food poisoning, so I think we survived.
Now kids are playing and need to get to the store to order a cake for the party and may attempt zoolights tonight.
Oh and the highlight not yesterday was my sister and BIL surprised us yesterday morning, they were flying back from South Africa and had a 3 hour layover and rented a car. I hid and had mh open the door bc I was in PJs. They could only stay 30 min, but it was a great surprise. They hadn't met K yet!

Morning! Today is dh’s birthday. The kids got him a nerf gun and one for themselves so they’ve been playing with them all morning. Well, Dh and h are. N got hit once and decided it wasn’t for her, so she just collects the darts. Haha
We might head to the brewery this afternoon and then have a few friends over tonight. Overall, pretty relaxing day!

Thanks slenle! Happy birthday to your H, as well  Hi! Day started off nicely with sleeping in and chocolate croissants DH went out for. I got my nails done and am now back at the house, I think we’ll finish putting up our Christmas decorations and putting away the T’giving stuff—right now my front rooms seem kind of confused lol. I have so many people who are saying nice things and being sweet and considerate & somehow I’ve never felt more alone in my life than during this last week. ETA my husband has been amazing during all this. He’s really sad himself, but has also been so sweet & gentle with me. |
