I should not have watched the Food Network late last night because now I have a different recipe that I want to try for my brussels sprouts which requires me to go to another grocery store today to pick up poppy seeds. But that’s it. Then I am done and not going to a grocery store again until next week.
I also realize that I wanted to give the kids their Mrs. Claus box on Sunday, but haven’t picked up their pajamas for it yet, so I ordered and I’m doing a Kohl’s pick up for them.
Charlie and I are going to see Camper the dog again. I thought it would be good to give the kids some one on one time with him to see how they respond and vice versa. I am still firmly on the fence.

Morning! Oh guster, just get the damn dog! You will probably regret it for a few nights, then fall in love! Evie has a dentist appointment this afternoon, so I'll leave work a little early to meet her and my SMIL for that. Then SMIL is taking her home and she's staying with them for the night. I don't know what H and I will do. Likely not one damn thing. Evie woke up this morning and told me she's scared. I asked why and she said she's scared to go to the dentist. I told her if she's been doing a good job cleaning her teeth, there is nothing to be scared of. |

That dog deserves a loving home, which you know you and your family can provide. Yes, it will be a change at first, but you know you won't regret it. It will help teach the kids responsibility and provide hours of entertainment! Can't wait to see pics when you adopt him! |

I don't feel great but I'm a functioning human today. I didn't feel like making breakfast so we got donuts and dropped J at preschool. The teacher asked if I was coming back for their Thanksgiving feast and I told her I wasn't sure. I hadn't planned on it but now I feel guilty.

The rest of S birthday was super uneventful. He didn't want any birthday cake and instead chose to have a lollipop. OK kid. We wound up getting him the scooter and he was so happy. Just kept hugging us and saying it was his favorite present ever. So that was nice.
MH and I finally made the menu for Thanksgiving last night and he will go to the grocery store after the kids go to sleep tonight. So... super last minute. We will be cooking up a storm all day Thursday and hopefully have everything done in time!

Morning. I sent H to school with all of her snow gear. It’s fine outside now but we are supposed to start getting snow around noon so I wanted her to have it for after school. They are having a “book picnic” so she got to bring a towel to sit on and wear pjs. This is the last day of school for the week and I’m not looking forward to 5 days off in a row. My cold is still going strong but I’m trying to ignore it. My goal for today is to get the tree set up, but I can’t guarantee that it’ll be decorated.

We're headed to B&N today, Cadence has a gift card she wants to spend. Then it's back home to clean some more....oh and do the laundry I never got around to doing yesterday.

Morning! Got C dropped off and B will be out the door in about an hour. I'm catching up on housework since i was pretty useless most of the weekend, and I need to do a quick Target run for a couple odds and ends. We got our tree last night and it's hanging out in a bucket of water outside. DH has a flight this afternoon so not sure if we will get it in the stand today or tomorrow. At least we have it, though, and it's hydrating  |

I was ready to send N to school but of course she has a fever. I seriously considered sending her, but I think I'd be more upset if I got home and had to turn back around. So we are here and I'm letting her wear pull-ups bc I just don't have it in me today. I have a call in 45 and am praying she behaves. I think I'm officially ready to just go back to work, sitting at a desk with a cup of coffee and adult interaction sounds very appealing right now.

It's snowing so of course people forget how to drive so I was late getting to work. I've got a busy day ahead since I'll be off tomorrow for B's dental surgery, I got an earlier appointment since there was a cancellation but he doesnt know yet, he'll find out first thing tomorrow, poor guy is so worried about it.

He's had 11 fillings within the last couple years and I've always just had them do them while he's in the chair. But now, he's got an infection under one tooth, that same one has a filling replacement due so the Dr recommended we cap it, there are 3 other filling fixes that need doing, and they're going to do a complete cleaning as well while he's under. Since it's so much and he's older I've opted for the surgery. He will feel so much better once he is done though, poor guy is in pain right now with all this going on in his mouth. |

M & I dropped H off at daycare, cut up everything for dinner in the slow cooker and headed to party city. She has discovered the Descendants movies on Disney. So we bought a cake topper and some plates. Her birthday party at the gymnastics place won’t be until the 1st weekend in December and she already requested Frozen 2.
She requested to eat at Chili’s because it’s next door to party Cory and has a video console she likes to play. I’m drinking a margarita and catching up here.

Hi! Busy morning at work. They are making me earn my pay this week. The afternoon should be less busy.
I thought we were out of options for our Disney trip in a few weeks after the hotels were sold out for the dates, but I just booked for the following weekend. I was supposed to work that Monday, but I’ll just let them know I won’t be here. We probably won’t tell the boys until the morning we leave.

We probably won’t tell the boys until the morning we leave. That is so fun! Have y'all been before? I have learned this is the way to go with ours about big events, otherwise they nag us to death  We're planning to go in the spring when we head down to FL to house hunt and it's going to be a surprise trip. They'll be happy enough getting out of the cold and seeing my parents...so hopefully an "impromptu" (ha!) Disney visit will seem extra special. |

I’m also deciding whether or not to buy an Apple laptop. They have a few on sale and might be worth it in the long run. If I decide to get it I really can’t buy anything else.

Hi hi! H had school this morning and my sister watched L while I got my hair done (6inches gone!). Then i picked h up and he wanted to play with my niece so now he’s at my sisters and I’m home with L. My friend is dropping her baby off soon for me to watch for a couple hours since her MIL is trying to get back home before the snow hits. So it’s just a big ol kid swap day. Lol.
We’re expected to get 8-10” tonight (plus 6 Friday and 6 Saturday.) booooo. But we have no plans tomorrow and N doesn’t have school so I’m fine with hunkering down for a snow day with all the kids.

So wwyd? N made her birthday list of all the kids she wants to invite and then told all of these kids at school that they are invited. I still haven’t invited 3 of them via their parents and am thinking we need to cut down the list because we’ve already invited a couple extra that weren’t on her list. So do i leave those 3 uninvited even tho n told them about it, or suck it up and invite everyone?
She has a hodge Podge of kids she wants, 3 from her class, her old daycare bestie, 2 from dance, 1 from gymnastics and 4 or 5 that she just plays with at recess. The 3 in question are all “recess friends” who’s parents i don’t know.
