Morning ladies! I'm pretty sure I had a mild food poisoning yesterday, based off how much better I feel today. I'm 99.9% positive it's from the cottage cheese I ate Monday afternoon, 11/18, that had a date of 11/11 on it. It smelled fine, but it's the only thing I can attribute it to. Fun. I should have gone home.

BIRTHDAY MIRACLE!!! My kid got dressed, brushed her hair and teeth and was ready to go EARLY!!! No fussing, no whining, and we got to school ON TIME!!!! So far 6 is AWESOME!

B had speech first thing and now we're home. I'm trying to access the Botox website to take advantage of their one-day gift card offer (BOGO) and it's crashing. This is basically like the Lilly sale, lol.

tgrimes have you heard from your MIL this morning? How is she feeling? She was already feeling better last night after she took a shower. Apparently she has these spells occasionally but she hadn't had one since she retired. She said she feels it coming on which is why she was trying to make it to the bathroom but she fainted on the stairs before throwing up. I guess the lady at the end of the row saw it happen and tried to catch her. She said she usually gets nauseous but doesn't always throw up. She's on the board for a charitable organization through work and some things happened while they were out of the country blah blah blah. Anyway, she's fine. Thanks for checking on her. |

Morning! I’ve been having a hard time keeping up here. Work has been crazy and school has been crazy as well. tgrimes should I ask my Wiccan friends to do something for you. I don’t necessarily believe but if it will get rid of all the illnesses around you then I will do anything. |

You guys. Is it possible to have my period at 6 weeks pp?! My bleeding stopped 3 weeks ago and now it’s back and I have very mild cramps. I didn’t get it until after a year with the other two, and I’m nursing this kid practically every two hours. Not cool. I have my 6 week appt tomorrow. Really hoping this is just random late bleeding. Ugh.
Anyway, sorry for the tmi. No plans today. I might take H to my parents so i can have the afternoon to myself.

I think S was around 4 months, and B closer to 5. Interestingly, IIRC, both were right after I went back to work which is when I started pumping more. But also, I believe a few weeks after I stopped bleeding w/ B, I bled again for a few days. But he was a C Section |

Took MJ and M to the doctor this morning for check ups. MJ is perfect and has grown another inch. I forget her weight.. M is good too but she is certain we're dealing with headaches/migraines. He woke up at 1am crying about his head and again at 7am. He's still seeing the eye doctor on Friday but with my history, she thinks I'm just eliminating possible causes. Which is fine. I'd rather be safe than sorry if it were a simple fix of needing glasses. So we'll see. I just hate that he's already dealing with this at almost 6. Mine started at 7 or 9.

My company had their Thanksgiving lunch today since so many people are off next week. Since my company is being sold, the cash we would normally get at the Christmas lunch, was distributed today since we don't know what the new company will do for employees. I wasn't expecting it, but it's nice.
And I'm not going to tell H.

Surprise! The darn garage door is off the track for the third time this fall. The last time the guy came out I think he thought I was BSing bc he ‘couldn’t find a problem’.
So we email the property mgr and are like, hey, this happened again, do you have a different company you’d like to use?
Shockingly she responded promptly, but wants us to use the same company. Cool, so I’ll just go ahead and schedule them again for January, too, I guess. 🤦🏻♀️

I hope someone who knows what they are doing can get out there quickly and FIX IT! Although I guess if I couldn't park in the garage, then I would know what the weather was like and remember to wear a damn jacket some days! |
