A change in schedule in the next few weeks is going to have me using my crockpot a lot more. Please tell me your favorite things to make!

I know a lot do this with chicken, but I love it with roast.
Take a roast season it with chili powder and garlic salt and dump a jar of salsa on it.
You can shred and use for tacos or eat it over rice

These are a favorite here: damndelicious.net/2014/10/10/slow-cooker-pork-carnitasWe also will do pork butt or shoulder in the crock pot with BBQ sauce and a bit of liquid smoke for pulled pork. Chicken breasts with chicken powder and taco seasoning for shredded chicken tacos.

I make a yummy honey lemon chicken dish similar to this recipe. I love using the whole chicken but you can substitute breasts and thighs whatever your favorite is. I serve with a green typically steamed broccoli and either rice or noodles. I use the whole chicken because then we have leftovers! edit: and it would help if I left the recipe diethood.com/crock-pot-honey-lemon-chicken-recipe/

I love the six sisters Beef and Mushroomd recipe.
3lbs stew meat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup apple juice 2 packs of mushrooms (they use canned but I use fresh baby bella's) 1 pack dry onion soup mix Rice
Throw everything except rice in crockpot and cook for 8 hrs on low. Serve over rice. Delicious! I don't really measure out my apple juice either, I just splash some in until it looks good to me so I probably put in closet to a cup.
Also this chicken stroganoff recipe is a favorite:
Four chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 stick of butter 1 pack of Italian dressing dry mix 1 small pack of cream cheese 1 small container of sour cream 2 packs of mushrooms if desired Noodles
Cut chicken up into chunks. Put chicken, butter and Italian dressing mix into crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours. About half an hour before finished add all other ingredients except noodles. Make noodles while meal finishes cooking. Serve over noodles.

1-1.5lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs About half a Jar of chunky salasa over chicken 4 hours on low
It shreds right apart with forks and you can do tacos, serve over rice, over salad. So so good and so easy.
I sprinke some fajita seasoning on each side of the chicken before I put it in but it's not necessary.
