C is a wheezing mess again. I got him in to the doctor just before closing. Double ear infection and the wheezing. He’s on an antibiotic, predisone, and the nebulizer. I have never seen a kid fight meds like him. I wish they had the injectable predisone.

First evening dance class after the time change. My kid is a complete mess. So much freaking crying over absolutely nothing.

Poor baby kim22B’s been wheezing a bit this whole trip and on all the meds but I feel like he’s always got something going on and he deals pretty well thank goodness. He had to do the nebulizer on the plane and will have to do it again tomorrow. He couldn’t care less |

Because I'm a smartass... "Although I agree that ear infections are common among children, Hayden has had 51 of them and he turns 3 today. That number, in my opinion, is extremely high for someone that's only been alive for 36 months. I'm not really wanting him to go through another 9 months of illness again and feel there must be some explanation for why he can't fight off these viruses." Question, have the tubes they used been the same material? I need to check with my coworker, but I think he mentioned that when his daughter had a lot of EI, they put tubes of some different material in and that worked. Hopefully he is at work tomorrow so I can ask him. I have no idea. I only know that the 2nd set of tubes were the T shaped ones. Did he say why a different material prevented the infections? |
