Thanks for the birthday wishes for H, y'all! He was not happy to be going to school this morning. As soon as we walked he immediately started crying and wouldn't budge, so I had to carry him to his class. Poor kid. Awwww. Poor kiddo. |

Morning! Kids are at school. It’s grandparents day for H so we’ll be going to lunch with all the grandparents after.
I scored all the superhero costumes for $2 each at target to give H for Christmas. He loves to dress up and he only has Ironman now and it’s getting too small. I may have also picked up woody and buzz costumes for the boys if I can talk H into it for Halloween next year and find something matching for N. If not, oh well, I’m out $4. Lol.

tgrimes Happy Birthday H! Hope he’s feeling better today. Waiting for DD to wake up to take her for bloodwork then my new furniture comes between 12 and 3. I really need to run to the mall so hoping the furniture is on the early side of that window. I wanna see a pic of your new furniture when it comes I’m going to take before and after photos now. I may need some help in where to place things |

Also, this is the niece I told you guys about before that MIL HAAATTTTEEESSS her name and can't believe SIL won't switch it. She's said she won't call her by her name so curious if that sticks... What's the name? Did you tell us and my memory sucks? |

A just got out of his yearly review and got a 15% raise! His birthday is Monday so we're going out Saturday night to celebrate both.
I desperately need new fall boots. Its raining today and they're worse than I thought because my feet are actually dripping.... I've been looking but cant seem to pull the trigger on any.

peachsmama, whoot whoot! Congratulations! wineallthetime, happy birthday to C! I'm with mwhip and at this age some cake and some friends is all they need to be happy. Congrats on adding to your auntie brood. Lolz at the name drama. I kind of live for that stuff. tgrimes, happy birthday to H! I hope it was just a tough drop-off and he's having fun with his friends now (and feeling a little better). Do you like the kids having birthdays close together? I was excited when it worked out for the girls to have close birthdays. My older bro, sis, and I all have birthdays in June and I loved it growing up. mskatiep I love, love, love your birthday celebration idea. I wish the girls had a close friend and I was close to the parent to do that sort of thing. I think that's an ideal birthday. slenle nice score! For others that have kids who love dress-up the Disney Store usually has great deals after Halloween. I don't have one close by so I haven't gotten a chance to check them out, but last year I got Maddie a Rey (Star Wars) costume for $7.

Cass managed to spit out her gum in her shirt instead of her trash and had gum caked in her armpit and TKD uniform last night. That girl. I have tomorrow off (last year I got the honor of working on Veteran's Day so this is really nice). So I've got a case I need to complete and then I'm free!!!  (I felt so bad for this guy on TZ.) |

slenle, I got Cadence a rainbow unicorn, mermaid, and butterfly wing costumes. $17. She wore the mermaid all day on Saturday.

I didn't like it at first but it suits her perfectly. Now shes nick named her har.pie which makes my skin crawl.... maybe dramatic. But I really hate the nick name 😂 |

Morning....wait is it afternoon yet...no another 30 minutes to go.
The day has been busy! Work is crazy today since I have tomorrow off and we're off Monday was well. I had planned on taking off all of next week for my SIL to come but she cancelled so I think I'll be back here Tuesday, who knows. I may just fly by the seat of my pants!
We're doing a little birthday celebration tonight for the kids since MH will miss both birthdays and B's party. It was HIS last minute idea, good thing I hoard gifts, husband!!!!!!!!!!

kim22 that is a funky shaped room. What are those 2 doors for in the corner by the loveseat? The bathroom and the linen closet. Very weird spot because that whole room used to be 2 bedrooms and that was the original bathroom which used to make sense there.I would have moved that bathroom except it had recently been remodeled and I was out of money when we did the rest of the work. The delivery guys are here now but seem to be having an issue lowering the ramp from the truck to get the stuff out. |
