Weeks/Due Date - 8w4d / June 11
Symptoms - so tired, bouts of nausea and occasional vomiting, heartburn/reflux
The Good - nausea has decreased so I'm able to function better and get a bit more done. It still hits me multiple times throughout the day, but not as hard and not as long. My doctor suggested B6, which I started a few days ago. It is disgusting but seems to be helping so I'll continue it.
The Bad - bad is improving
Milestones/Appointments - nothing scheduled. I have a referral in to see the high-risk OB and one for a dating ultrasound. Both of those should be within about 2 weeks, but I haven't gotten notice for them yet.
To Do List - maternity clothes this week.

Weeks/due date - 8w6d/June 9 Symptoms - mainly just tired now. I went to bed before 8 pm on Saturday after a full day with the kids and soccer games and swimming. The good - less nausea, and excited to get closer to when I can use my home Doppler - I think the heartbeat was detectable starting around 10 weeks last time? The bad - not too much. I’m flying to and from Seattle today for work (2.5 hours each way) which is no fun. I did not feel great in my swimsuit Saturday, and DH and I are going on a beach vacation in a month. Total first world problem, but I want to buy a couple new things I feel good in. Milestones/Appointments - I do all my bloodwork a week from tomorrow, including for the NIPT. NT scan is the Tuesday of thanksgiving week. Random - I bought these maternity pants from target and love them. I normally wear a medium but wear a small in these. www.target.com/p/maternity-drapey-jogger-isabel-maternity-by-ingrid-isabel-black/-/A-76501090?preselect=54568409#lnk=sametab

Weeks/Due Date - 6w 2d/6/27
Symptoms -horrible nausea and vomiting, sore boobs my gosh.
The Good - still pregnant with numbers increasing.
The Bad - there was an abnormal cyst found on my ovary at my last appointment. There seems to be a slight concern that it could be a heterotopic pregnancy. I’m being constantly check (every 2-3 days) at this point.
Milestones/Appointments - ultrasound followed but physical exam tomorrow. Hopefully there will be a heartbeat.
To Do List - get moved to a high risk OB. Struggling to get an appointment at this time.

Weeks/Due Date - 9+4, June 5th
Symptoms - Nausea has worsened again. I vomited yesterday at work.
The Good - I haven’t had any bleeding in almost 2 weeks!
The Bad - I’m ready for the nausea and metallic taste to go away. Nothing tastes good!
Milestones/Appointments - next appointment is 11/6
To Do List - I need to get some more winter maternity clothes. I did order a few things online last week.

Radley I hope your cyst is just a cyst and it resolves on it’s own.

Radley I hope your cyst is just a cyst and it resolves on it’s own. Thank you! Today they have decided that it is a normal ol’ cyst. I’m not going get worked up about it. I don’t have the energy. I had the ultrasound today also and they saw the embryo and a heartbeat! I cried. I haven’t seen a heartbeat since I was pregnant with our four year old. But of course pgal brain kicked in fully after that and isn’t letting me relax because I’m now terrified to accept it may be okay and then lose this one too.

Radley, I totally get not wanting to get your hopes up, even after a great sign. I think it's totally OK to remain just cautiously optimistic - I feel like I will always feel that way until the baby actually arrives. I am super excited for you that you saw a hearbeat!

I totally get where you’re coming from with the pgal brain. I don’t know what it is but something feels different for me this time than the last times, and although I’m not getting too excited/my hopes up, I feel like this might just pan out.

Weeks/Due Date - 8+4/June 13 Symptoms - tired all the time, which is annoying because I’ve also felt like starting all these projects that I just don’t have the energy for. Nausea is still there but not too terrible, yesterday and today the bloating was so bad. And I dont know if it’s gas pains or what but I’m just feeling bloaty and crampy and blah. Like I feel like I have a bump already but I know it’s just full on bloat. The Good - nothing new to report The Bad - def gonna need some new clothes here soon. I was hoping I could make it to at least 12-15 weeks but, lol at me I guess. Milestones/Appointments - appt tomorrow To Do List: nothing I have the energy for, ha

Can I jump in here? March/April are dead, lol.
Weeks/Due Date - 15+2, April 29 with twins so last possible delivery will be around April 15.
Symptoms - I have finally reached the promised land of second trimester with less symptoms. I can feel my uterus stretching but it’s not terrible yet. I’m already looking like what I did at 23 weeks pregnant with my singleton son though lol I am huge.
The Good - less sick symptoms, got my registry done.
The Bad - waiting to find out the sexes. I hate the wait.
Milestones/Appointments - my next appt is on the 18th.
To Do List - omg so much. So many house projects and baby shit we have to get. Basically buying for another brand new baby since I only have one set of gear from my son.

Welcome willow, the more the merrier!! How old is your son? He’s 3, he’ll be almost 4 when the twins arrived. I’m actually pretty happy with the age difference because I feel like he’ll be a reasonably good helper with simple tasks.

There's a 3 year age difference between my boys and my oldest was a great helper (and big enough to get his own snacks lol). My youngest just turned 3 so he'll be just over 3.5 when the baby comes. We purposely tried for a similar age difference.

I broke out the maternity pants today. They feel so good! So much more comfortable. My shirts can stay packed up for a while yet, but I can finally wear something other than leggings now.

I decided to pull some out the other day because anything tight on my abdomen makes me want to vomit. Apparently I need to go maternity jean shopping because I have 2 pairs of flair jeans, 1 bootcut and 1 skinny jean.
