Weeks/Due Date - 7+4 / June 11
Symptoms - Exhaustion. So much exhaustion. Nausea and gagging but not actually puking.
The Good - Bleeding finally stopped this week, which is giving me a lot of comfort
The Bad - I'm really struggling this week. I feel OK for a while and then all of a sudden it hits me and I can't function. I spent an hour at work yesterday just sitting with my head on the desk, barely able to talk. Thank goodness I was with a good coworker who was very understanding (and we had pretty much all of our paperwork completed) and told me to take off early. I got home at 4 and went right to bed and stayed there until 7am. Still not feeling great this morning.
Milestones/Appointments - next appointment is Thursday. Not much will happen, it's just with my family doctor. We'll just check in an discuss my bleeding and upcoming appointments with specialists. My Rheumatologist called Friday to say she saw my bloodwork showing I'm pregnant so she wants to see me within a month or so as well.
To Do List - within a week or so I'll need to take out maternity clothes and start washing and switching stuff out. I obviously don't need it yet but I'll need to get it all done before DH goes offshore again since I can't carry the bin up from the basement, and I'll definitely need it before he returns from his next hitch.

Weeks/Due Date - 5w 2d/6-27
Symptoms - sore boobs, nausea and vomiting but that part is lessening, frequent small headaches
The Good - I’m currently still pregnant
The Bad - I know it isn’t exactly science but my lessening symptoms is freaking me out, especially coupled with cramping.
Milestones/Appointments - I get Friday’s HCG and progesterone results today, this coming Friday is my ultrasound.
To Do List - not much.

Weeks/Due Date - 7w6d/June 9
Symptoms - mine come and go. I'll feel pretty great for a couple days and then really gross the next couple days.
The Good - Got to see the little bean again Friday and things look good. Two weeks and a day to go till I can do the NIPT bloodwork - I'm looking forward to hopefully ruling out some potential issues.
The Bad - I got the most terrible migraine I've ever had Saturday and had to lay in a dark room starting at 2 pm. Plus nausea most of the weekend.
Milestones/Appointments - I had my first regular appt. Friday and was pleasantly surprised that they squeezed me in for an US too, and everything looked good. Growth on track, strong heart rate of 158, and the little other sac/bubble/possible SCH that they had been a little concerned about at 6 weeks had resolved and wasn't visible anymore.
To Do List - Call today to scheduled the NT scan - even though it's not for another 5 weeks, perinatology books up fast.

Weeks/Due Date - 4w6d/June 30
Symptoms - FATIGUE, aching chest, and starting to get some food/texture aversions. Pretty much right on schedule for everything... I expect my first vomiting to happen at 7w, give or take a few days if this progresses the same way previous pregnancies have gone.
The Good - I am still pregnant, and I had a great consult with my MFM this morning so I feel pretty good about the plan we have
The Bad - it's going to be a LONG 8-ish months (they won't let me deliver past 37-38 weeks at the latest)
Milestones/Appointments - MFM today, another viability U/S on the 11th followed by all the intakes and prepping for the end of the first trimester planning
To Do List - set up everything in my work calendar, and after the 11th, talk to my supervisors about the WAH accomodations I'll need 1x/week

Weeks/Due Date - 5w3-4d, edd 6/26-7
Symptoms - fatigue, short of breath when walking, breaking out on my chin, decreased appetite, bloating, light nausea, random boob tenderness, cramps occasionally, crazy dreams
The Good - all of these symptoms are reassuring me that things are going well.
The Bad - I don’t want to wait 2 more weeks for my ultrasound.
Milestones/Appointments - next appt is 11/13, nothing really until then.
To Do List - I am planning to tell a group of my friends on Saturday so I’m trying to decide how I’ll do that. Knowing me, I’ll probably just blurt it out but maybe I’ll be creative. I also glanced at my maternity clothes stash but I won’t pull anything out until after the ultrasound.

danib I’m sorry you’re struggling right now. The bleeding stopping is a positive sign at least. I hope your mental state improves soon.

Weeks/Due Date - 8+4, 6/5
Symptoms - all day nausea, fatigue and bloat
The Good - Still pregnant and I’m starting to feel less anxious. DH and I talked about the baby and future plans this weekend. It was nice because we’ve been avoiding talking about it because we weren’t sure the pregnancy was going to continue. We are both letting our guard down and starting to get excited.
The Bad - still with some spotting usually on days I work. OB wasn’t concerned at my appointment today. Just told me to be sure to rest when I can.
Milestones/Appointments - Appointment today was good. Baby is measuring 8 weeks 5 days. Heart rate was 171. It’s starting to look like a baby! I scheduled my next appointment for 2 days before Thanksgiving so it will be nice to hear the heartbeat right before we announce.
To Do List - Dig out my maternity clothes and see what I need. I sold some of my clothes after our last baby because I thought we were done. I did go shopping after my appointment today and bought a few things.

Glad to hear your feeling less anxious magaroni. Apparently I've been having acid reflux.. who knew.. I've never had it before so didn't realize. I sent DH out to get me some Tums, hopefully they help.

So I had pretty terrible nausea for the past few weeks until Sunday night/Monday morning, and then it just vanished. Right around 8 weeks. I freaked out about it and my OB was nice about bringing me in today to just use her hand-held ultrasound machine, and the heartbeat was definitely still there. So now I can hopefully relax and enjoy the fact that I feel pretty normal again.

I still have the constant metallic taste in my mouth though. I just want my food to taste normal!!

Weeks/Due Date - 7 weeks
Symptoms - Nauseous, headaches and my night sickness has started.
The Good - Saw a heartbeat today!
The Bad - RE saw a slight separation in the placenta, he said he wasn’t thrilled about it and warned me about possible bleeding. He feels like we will be more out of the woods in two weeks. Still on pelvic rest, no exercise, no baths and worst of all still no sex. DH and me are dying...haven’t had sex since the day before our FET.
Milestones/Appointments - Ultrasound today, another one in 2 weeks.
To Do List - Rest

Are you guys already feeling a fullness above your pubic bone? Like your uterus is coming up/out. I know you show a lot sooner with subsequent kids but I didn’t realize I would already feel this at almost 6 weeks.

I know you show a lot sooner with subsequent kids but I didn’t realize I would already feel this at almost 6 weeks. I can definitely see it. I have a unicornuate uterus, half on the left side. So at this stage it is really obvious that one side of my lower stomach is sticking out more than the other.

This is kid #3 for me so it does make sense I would show earlier.

Speaking of sex ttcbabyj, is anyone actually interested at this stage? I'm far too miserable an have absolutely no interest. DH is anxiously waiting for 2nd tri (history tells us I should get my drive back then lol)

I’m almost 9 weeks and it’s baby #4. I told DH this past weekend that I’m going to have to pay attention to what I wear out of the house if we want to hide this pregnancy until thanksgiving.

I’ve also used the spotting as an excuse to avoid it too.
