I chop up a ton of veggies and lettuce so I can throw salads together super fast.
I also bake a tray of chicken and make egg muffins.
It's a pain but taking 1-2 hours on Sunday to prep everything has made all the difference in the world for me.

The hardest part of the whole30 is the planning. Also plan snacks, because until you figure out your personal portion size needs, you may be hungry between meals, and not having something handy when hungry shakes my resolve, fast. Pre-packaged nuts, banana, lara bars and hard boiled eggs were my go tos.
The food is good, but you do have to make it all and take out will sabotage you fast.

I love cashews or a piece of fruit for snacks. I always make sure to have those on hand at work otherwise I have no chance.

I bought a bunch of nuts, and almond butter for dipping fruit in. I KNOW we're not supposed to give in to a sweet craving but also Aghhh. I kept dates around, at least it's fruit sugar. I also kept dairy free dark chocolate in the freezer for especially bad cravings. After not having sugar for a few days, one square was enough to quell the sugar cravings for a while.

loony, I do love dates. I chop them up in salads anyway, and I'm going to try and make my own version of Larabars. I've made these before and it was easy and they were good

I print a meal plan sheet and plan everything for the week. On days I'm home solo from 4-7:30pm I plan something easier. I found that completely planning each meal was the only way I'd stay in track. I can only eat some combo of baked chicken, fish or meat with a salad or veggie for so long. Having fun, tasty recipes makes the plan much better for me.
