Since I've been struggling with anxiety lately, it's made me realize that I don't really do anything for myself. So what are some things you do to treat yourself? (Skin care, hobbies, etc)

Since I've been struggling with anxiety lately, it's made me realize that I don't really do anything for myself. So what are some things you do to treat yourself? (Skin care, hobbies, etc) I did the Vegas trip last weekend. It was only two days away, but it was much needed. I have a facial scheduled for next week, and I need to schedule a massage, I haven’t had a massage in quite some time. Hope you can find something! Even getting out for a pedicure might help!

Honestly, I can't really think of anything...
I enjoy scrapbooking, but my table/supplies used to be set up in Haley's room. And I never set up another workable space.

Right now the best thing I get to do is solo shopping. Even if it's for party supplies or kids clothes or birthday presents or groceries, it's still time alone.

i also enjoy shopping alone-- i love to do a leisurely browse of tj maxx or marshall's.
i love to cook, so i find that relaxing- having a beer and cooking while DH watches the kids.
i have gotten really into skin care this year and i enjoy doing my nightly routine and pondering how to tweak it.
i used to really benefit mentally from having an hour or two of kid-free time each evening after they were all in bed... but DS3 has been making that very difficult lately.

The time to myself at night after bedtime isn't great for me. I will usually read or try to catch up on a show. But then I feel guilty because I know that there are so many productive things that I SHOULD be doing.
